Job was not completed because they needed a particular "spray". He has to return tomorrow. It cost me $ 85.! Am I have to pay another $85. tomorrow because the spray was not part of the equipment?

Tech Lazaro, is knowledgeable, hard-working, and personable. Easy to make an appointment, came within the timeframe and now I have a working AC!

My rental townhouse in Doral AC stopped working and there was a family with a 10 day old baby. They arrived a little late but it was at the end of the day. The unit was frozen so the technician, Jonathan, returned two hours later to let the unit defrost. He stayed until almost 10 pm to repair the unit and had it working again. That is true commitment and compassion for the family. What a great person and company. Had a fair price. I am working on replacing the unit and hoping to use Affordable Air.

I’ve done business with John and his staff for over 20 years. I own three homes— one here in the city and another two in the Blue Ridge Mts., NC and so wish this company was there too.

The company and stellar staff are honest and say and charge what they say they will. I have arranged for Lazzaro to access my property at will. He is truly skilled, diligent, and always acts in my best interest when I’m gone. I wouldn’t be able to manage the home in Ft. Laud from afar without him.

Lazaro was very punctual and professional. He was able to diagnose a problem that has been ongoing with our a/c unit and offer a solution.

Today, 3/6/26 German came to do the routine maintenance. Very courteous, polite, and professional. As a service person myself I really liked German is very thorough and has an urgency to work hard. I renewed the annual maintenance contract. Affordable keeps my AC running beautifully! Thank you!

Previously: Jonathan 2025 came to my condo to repair my a/c. I knew it was time to get a new unit (15 years old living by the ocean and the A/C never broke once!). Affordable put the original Trane unit in and did install the new Trane A/C yesterday. Affordable has routinely serviced my air conditioning over 15 years. Rebecca on the telephone at the office is always professional, a worker, and friendly. Jonathan the repairman is a skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly, man. The owner, Jon is honest and highly knowledgeable. Jon’s father (God rest him!) did the installation of original ductwork years ago. He was a talented man too! Matthew who created the proposal and payment, to be reviewed by Jon, is detailed and responsible. Lily who applies for city permits for the work is always on the job and just a wonderful, caring, and detail person. Lily is a great communicator! You really cannot afford not to use Affordable. Competitive prices with quality second to none!!

So happy that Affordable Air installed our top of the line Trane AC. I feel that they went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy with their entire process of choosing and installing this AC.

My old system was 17 years old but still running. So, I had the time to do research and got 5 bids. I went with Affordable because I got a good deal and I trusted their salesman, Matthew, more than his competitors. He is very competent and did not try to push me or upsell. He was the only salesmen of the 5 that actually went up into my attic to inspect the situation to make sure his bid was accurate. I'm very vigilant and he addressed all of my concerns. I felt cared about and was dealt with honestly and in a business-like manner.

The office staff was polite, considerate and prompt in getting my install scheduled.

For the install, three workmen showed up right at the appointed time and got right to work. Again, they were very competent, polite and thorough. They go the install done inside of 5 hours. I barely knew that I was without A/C at all. As far as cleanup goes, I think they left my garage and yard in cleaner shape than when they arrived!

I took the time to write a really good review for these folks, not because I was compensated in any way. I did it because these folks went the extra mile and deserve it.

We had an entirely new a/c system installed by Affordable Air in April of this year. It was operating flawlessly, until Sat. night. And the system did what it should: It noticed a clog, and shut down the a/c. Long story short, it was an issue of disgusting, slimy gunky stuff clogging the lines; apparently not uncommon in hot, humid climates. We ShopVac'd what we could from the pipes, but asked Affordable Air to check it. Jeffrey was fantastic -- ultra-professional and friendly, not to mention efficient. And because our system is only 6 months post-installation, it was warranty work. I will add that our experience has been that Affordable Air has a knack for hiring really good people. We've had nothing but positive experiences.

I found Affordable Air on the recommendation of a friend. I signed up for twice yearly service calls and the company has kept our AC running perfectly. The office makes it easy to set up appointments, and the techs (call out to Lazaro!) are great, too.

Affordable Air technician replaced the motor that was wasn’t working properly. Everything was clean, professional, polite. yes, I had to wait for the part that was under warranty, but eventually it came faster than originally predicted.
