Called around 6:30, they told me a person will contact me and will arrive around 6:30-8:30. After two hours of waiting and nobody showing up, my family and I are drenched in sweat inside of our home because this company lied to us

The mini split in our guest room kept shutting off randomly, which made hosting guests stressful. After inspecting it, the technician suggested a ductless mini split replacement and explained the reliability issues with the old unit. I’m glad he was honest instead of just patching it up. The new one runs perfectly now.

They're very honest and looked at my air conditioner where I rent. Unfortunately the landlord didn't use them but I wish they did, the quote was affordable and the repair would have been too. The landlord decided to cut corners unfortunately and affordable air pointed it out.

I moved to Florida in 2004 and called Affordable Air from a recommendation. I have been with Affordable Air ever since and have been totally satisfied with everyone I have come in contact with. John Freeman, owner of the company, came to my apartment and his recommendations and suggestions were excellent. He was so personable and sensitive, to my questions and needs, carefully explainingthe process. In a short amount of time my central AC/heat unit was up and running.
When I call Affordable Air, Rebecca answers the phone. She is so efficient and friendly. Her willingness to help is quite evident. I know my questions will be answered correctly and promptly. She also tries her best to have Lazaro, the technician, the person to come to my apartment to service the system. He is the one I turn to whenever I have questions. He is efficient, friendly, and an amazing technician.
I am totally satisfied with Affordable Air and look forward to many more years of quality service.

I was having issues with my air conditioning and Lazaro came to repair my unit. He figured out the problem very quickly was able to secure the part and have it repaired the same day. Definitely would recommend this company.

They were able to come to my house the same day and resolve the problem in less than 2 hours. I stand behind this company and will be calling for every air conditioning and electrical issues I may have in the future.

I have had Affordable Air & Heat for a few years now. They are a very dependable and efficient service provider. The Admin. for the company is always extremely helpful and willing to provide any information or service the customer may need and EXPLAINS IT. I am very happy with Affordable.

My unit stopped working so I called them for service. They came out the same day and solved my issue promptly. Family owned businesses are hard to come by these days and it's nice being able to speak to the owner directly. They stand by their name too: the work was Affordable!
