I had an outstanding experience with Affordable Air and Heat! Their team was highly attentive, exceptionally professional, and, most importantly, they resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-quality service!

Jonathan Fernandez from Affordable Air has proven to be untrustworthy. On April 8, 2025, he came to my residence to fix a leak in my air conditioning system. However, since I was not living there at the time and had a tenant occupying the space, he failed to carry out the necessary cleaning. Now, as of May 13, 2025, the AC is leaking again, and he is attempting to charge me over $250 for the same service he neglected to complete earlier. What frustrates me the most is that this is not my first experience with their services, and instead of rectifying the issue, they are insisting on charging me for a problem that remains unresolved. I strongly caution against using this company, They are a scammers.

I highly recommend them! They moved my compressor from one side of the backyard to the other. They were extremely professional and cost effective. I just hired them for a service account and hoping they provide the same experience. So far so good. 5 stars from me

Initially our previous local AC service contractors could not determine why our unit would not cool when we were fortunate enough to see an Affordable Air & Heat truck on the road. We called and they were out within an hour and had us up and running within 2 hours. Front desk is very courteous
and professional as the servicemen very friendly, informative and very conscious in keeping our home clean. Both our units are quietly humming and keeping us cool. Thank you Affordable Air!

A new UV lamp assembly was
installed. The technician Rafael did a nice clean job with very little downtime.

I’ve used Affordable AC initially for air duct replacement and was very pleased with their prompt completion of the work. So impressed that I then used them to later replace my AC system. Again, very happy with them . Have since been using them for preventative maintenance and they continue to shine.

Prompt and reliable. The office staff is professional but friendly and the technicians do an excellent job. My system is about 18 months old and hasn't had a problem; I have only used them for maintenance. But they are very thorough and always make sure I understand what's going on.

I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years. I have the maintenance program but have also had repairs done. Rebecca has never failed to let me know that it is time to schedule a visit for the routine checkup. She has always been pleasant and helpful in finding a time that works best for both of us, for maintenance or getting work done. When their workmen arrive, they are fast but thorough. They also explain (where I can understand) what they are doing and anything that needs attention. The biggest surprise is they ALWAYS clean up before they leave. I would recommend them without hesitation. I can't imagine going with another company.

Affordable Air gives excellent service. We have used them for about 4 or 5 years and they’ve diagnosed and fixed all of my HVAC problems from routine maintenance to complete system replacement including duct work, compressor and air handler. They go above and beyond and the owner even came and helped when what we thought was an AC problem turned out to be a broken water line. They’re very good and friendly too.

I had about 12 professionals come out and give me estimates to replace my ducts, but Jon was so informative and explained certain things that no one else did. He gave me advice on how to approach the project to help my A/C run better, and because of this, he and his team were chosen. Then I was helped with scheduling by Danielle, who was so understanding and accommodating. It was the best experience! The actual team that came out was awesome and courteous! Roneny was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I had a couple of questions throughout the project, and he was able to answer them and offer more insight. I would choose this company again if I had to.

We have been using Affordable for over 20 years at our two properties. They have always sent extremely knowledgeable technicians. They are efficient and either come on time or text you and let you know when they will be arriving if late.
