We are a LARGE property with over 17 AC units and at times what feels like endless issues (Mitsubishi slim units, overly complicated I would never recommend anyone to buy them lol. But that's what we inherited). After dealing with a few different companies, I actually called Mitsubishi directly to get a certified (by them) company & that's how I found AmeriTemp. They are BEYOND knowledgeable on our units as well as our new carrier units. I appreciate their after hours services (which we have needed far too many times, to no fault of their own) & that they are ALWAYS responsive. I highly recommend this company! They are A+

I have used AmeriTemp several times to service and check on my A/C units whenever they have an issue. Every tech that I’ve dealt with has been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. On the most recent call (today), the tech also wore a mask gloves and booties to enter my home, and socially distanced while he worked. He diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly, and my home is cool again. This is the only company I trust to service/repair my A/C! Highly recommend!

I had a compressor failure on a fairly new 5 ton water cooled unit. They came out and Marcos Triana the AC technician did an excellent job of removing the old compressor and installing the new one. He followed all of the standard procedures to insure their were no leaks gaged the system and cleaned up professionally. Then he took pictures of each of the steps he went through and sent them to his boss for process approval. I have had no problems since the job was completed. The front office took care of getting a warranty replacement and the return of the bad unit to the manufacturer. Great job!

The person who drive this van, yesterday early in the morning is a very bad driver, disrespectful and irresponsible it DIDN'T RESPECT the STOP, this person made me push the brake in a dangerous manner! AmeriTemp is my go to place for AC service, repair and new installations. I first used them 5 years ago and I've been using them since. This last time they replaced an AC unit.
