after I posted this review apparently the guy was upset because he didn't understand the concept of consumer awareness where people can rate a service on the interaction they had with customer so he decided to call me and insult me by yelling and calling me all kinds of names so I have updated my review to 2 star..

Again you don't seem to understand why consumers write reviews...it's called consumer awareness which means we write reviews based on what we think about a company....the cost of you just coming out to make an assessment was extremely high...so high you could earn a living just giving estimates and that was what i was being expressive about and you continue to show who you are by not liking me the consumer writing a review to warn others about your business practices....instead of looking at it in a positive way and learning from the review that i wrote you rather solve your issues by screaming and yelling at me on the phone and that's not how you do business and while i have all the right to be expressive resorting to insults is obvious how you do business

We discovered we had dirty coils and were referred to Jose. He was responsive, Kind, and thorough. We will definitely be using his services again.

nicest guy in the world but..... once you pay him, you won't see him!
finished the job and got paid. AC won't cool down. text him many times, won't answer the phone, voice mail full (big surprise ) 5 days with AC that wan't cool and no response from him.

we have to hire another company to repair his installation and take him to court to get him to pay the extra cost to repair his work. how sad because he appeared to be the nicest guy you could meet.

The most professional and best guys there are, they gave me a good price and guaranteed their work plus gave me 2 years of maintenance service for free. Breeze air and heating are the real deal don't hesitate to call them thank you 😊

Breeze AC is the best company I have ever dealt with in South Florida and I have had several since I first moved to South Florida in 2009. Breeze is extremely responsive and the work is always quality. I would highly recommend them from everything from Duct installation to regular AC maintenance!

Jose and his brother punctually showed up at the time they said they would. Both were very professional, provided a free estimate and explained possible options. They showed up the next day and completed the job as previously described. Again, they were very courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Parts and labor were warranted for a year.

Jose from Breeze A/C super responsive and truthful. He diagnostic the problem over the phone, looked at the unit on Sunday and repaired it on Monday. He was right on the money, very honest and very reasonable price. I recommend Jose and his company very highly.

Installs and you do not here from him again. My new AC unit has been giving me problems and jose Perez doesn't answer your calls or texts. Better off paying a bit more and have reliable service or at least someone that answers his phone or texts.
