Great service and timely response! Had our AC back up and running the same day. Anthony was quick and very professional throughout the service call. He not only addressed the issue but took the time to assess the entire cooling system and make recommendations on future preventive maintenance. He provided multiple quotes for each service, but the thing I liked the most was he didn’t pressure you or make you feel pressured to agree to his recommendations. At the end of the day our house was cooling and the family was happy. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing emergency service, maintenance, or any other HVAC needs.

I had Dade Super Cool A/C install 2 air handlers in 2 of my warehouses here in West Kendall. I have managed a set of 5 warehouses with a total of 9 air conditioners for the past 6 years and gone through around 8 different HVAC companies (largely my fault as I always am looking for a great price). I finally found the best one and for almost exactly the low price I have been paying for a "friend of a friend". First, they sent out a team of technicians just to give me the best idea of what work they would suggest. I have a very unique situation in that I work with saltwater aquarium systems in all my bays that rust everything in and around my warehouses incredibly quickly. They had each component of the systems they installed clear coated with a rust-resistant coating which should both make the systems last much longer, and made them look nice. The installation time was incredibly short, they were in constant communication, and everyone they sent out to my facility new exactly what they were doing and were extremely accommodating. Finally, they noticed an issue in the original installation of my ducting and brought me up to code. I can't recommend this company enough. Definitely read up on their reviews as I did and you will see just how serious they take customer satisfaction.

When it comes to this company, I can believe Dade Supercool earns every one of them. Fair price, professional workmanship, great work ethic. They did a great job on my brother's new a.c. Didn't leave until every question was answered. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Last week we had another of our 3 A/C's stop working. I know it was a little bit of a coincidence in schedule, but DSC was able to send someone over the same day to identify the problem, and by the next day, the part was installed and all was well. During the same time, because if I "didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all" another unit got clogged and had to be cleaned - which DSC was able to do the same day. DSC does good work, and though in Miami there's always someone with lower prices, the work DSC has done for us has been excellent. Also, their advice on repair choices is more about what's good for us in the long run, and not just about how much they can up my cost. And, as with many trades in our area - you get what you pay for. 2024-November

Tony sent Julio over to do a thorough cleaning of our AC because it was not cooling consistently and we had guests coming for dinner that night. Julio got it back up and working in plenty of time. Great response time. I trust this company - good people. 2024-April

Tony sent Harold over to assess the problem with our rooftop HVAC. Harold was great, personable, knew what he was talking about and after Tony also came by to confirm the issue, they were able to resolve it within a matter of hours and I thought the price was very fair. We intend to use DSC for our future maintenance as well.

Great first time experience. My issue was something that happened very last minute and they were able to get someone out the same day. Within about 2 hrs of arriving at my house the issue was fixed and my little mini split was blowing ver cold. Guess I found my new AC company. Great job!

Amazing! Call this company right now if you need your A/C fixed! Our old AC unit from 2003 started acting up right as temperatures were soaring near 100°F, I knew I was in trouble. The coils were freezing, even after defrosting and cleaning them like I had done many times before. When they froze again the next night, I knew it was time to call my usual guy.

But this time my repair guy, sent two other guys I never met. They said there was a huge leak in the outdoor unit's coils. Since it wasn’t my usual guy that I grew to trust, I decided to get a second opinion.

That’s when I found Dade Super Cool Air Conditioning through a Google search, and boy, am I glad I did! From the moment I called, the process was smooth, clear, and incredibly professional. Anthony, came over to diagnose the problem. He confirmed what the other company said, so I needed a new unit.

Even though he didn't do the work himself, he assured me he’d personally inspect the job once it was done. And he did. The guy he sent was a beast and worked from 8am to 2pm. And just like that, we had a brand new unit installed, cooling our house in the 99°F heat. The whole experience with Dade Super Cool was amazing. Call them!

My A/C stopped working
for 4 days. Two companies I contacted were a no show. Then a neighbor recommended Dade Super Cool and they were a life saver. They were professional, reliable, and responsive to my needs. Barbie graciously kept communication lines open. Guillermo, the technician who did the diagnostic, is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. And Alberto, the technician who did the job, is a working machine.
Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended. Dade Super Cool is definitely the company you keep.
