This company is like having your best friend also know everything about air conditioners. I wanted to write this review months ago when they first came out right away to troubleshoot and fix our AC unit on a brutally hot day in February. After the follow up help they offered I wanted to sit down immediately and write this review. During times like these when everything is uncertain and we are all experiencing difficulty, they immediately answered our phone call and proceeded to help us over the phone!! Who does that these days? NO ONE! But they did.

This is a family run business that reminds me of what it must have been like during a time when helping your neighbor came first. I am so grateful to have found them and you will be too! We were lucky to find them the first time, thankful for their help a second time, and will use them any and every time we or someone we know have a need in the future.

My ac quit cooling on a Friday evening. Saturday morning around 8 am I called Coolest AC, they told me someone will be at my home between 10:30 and 11. At 10:30 they showed up, 15 min later he knew exactly what the problem was and before noon he was finished and packed up all his tools. My AC had a leak, found the leak, welded it and added refrigerant to the unit.
They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I noticed an increase of dust in my house while sweeping. I looked under the air handler after taking the filter out and it was covered with green gunk. I did some research and found that the coils needed to be cleaned. I was considering doing it myself until I realized how intensive and potentially dangerous it could be. I called Coolest Air and had them come out to assess the situation. They came the next day, checked out the unit and said they would email me with an estimate for work. I saw the estimate, but I had some questions that they answered over the phone. I agreed to the work and they came the next day a couple of minutes early which was nice. They worked clean and efficiently and were very informative all the way through. When they were done I noticed a huge difference in the way my unit was working. It was blowing so cold and clean, I felt like I had a brand new unit!

My old unit was a low efficient electric bill guzzling Central AC unit that was not properly cooling my house with a high light build to boot. called around to get a couple estimates for a high efficiency air conditioner. Michael from Coolest Air Conditioning & Refrigeration was extremely punctual, knowledgeable and took this time to explain the different models he had available which made the process of me choosing the best fit for my home extremely easy. Installation was smooth and Mike took his time to make sure that everything was aesthetically correct. He was very thural in all the details. I did a little research online before the installation in a couple forms I saw that they mention that just as important as having a good unit the installation is just as important if not more. I feel Mike and his crew achieved this.

Coolest is an extremely professional and honest contractor to work with! They provided me with lots of information on my 15 year old air condenser unit, gave fair pricing on repairing only the parts that needed repair, but also provided me with a quote on upgrading to a premium system and why it was worth it without being pushy. I ended up upgrading to a new Trane system and I absolutely love it, not only am I saving a ton on my electric bill now, but the improvement in air quality is really noticeable. I'm very happy with the installation that was done by Coolest and I now recommend them to everyone!

Coolest air conditioning & refrigeration team are the best! Such a professional team ! Ana and Mike came to my house to repair my AC the same day I called in with my issues, they fit me in - accommodating to my work schedule, both are very knowledgeable, professional, detailed and very kind, thanks to them I slept amazing last night with my AC cooling correctly again. Mike was also very helpful in explaining the cause of my AC issue, he showed me what to look for down the road when Maintence is due. Highest recommendation goes to them both and a big THANKS !!

Incredible service and very professional. I am in the construction industry and Coolest Air outdid even my own mechanical contractors. I called at 7 a.m., technician with assistant were at the house at 9:30 a.m. as scheduled and done by 10:15 a.m. The office staff was in constant communications with me updating on all work required and being done. Impressive organization. I will recommend them to anyone without a second thought.

Our AC unit started making high pitch noise and wasn't cooling the air down. So I called Coolest Air Conditioning in the morning. They quickly responded to my call and were able to schedule the inspection the same day in the afternoon. The crew arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. They found that the unit was low on freon. After that, they explained what it would take to fix the issue and went over the pricing with me. Then they proceeded with the fix. Everything was done professionally and quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and can definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to fix an AC problem.

These guys are awesome!! Answered the phone early in the am. Made an appointment for the same day. The tech Danny stayed in contact with me the whole day to be sure we were on the same page with timing. Danny made this easy and stress free. A little pricey but the estimate is free, they did great work, very professional. I will use them again!!

Great service, notifications, and professionalism. Needed the evaporator coils on my air handler removed and cleaned. Anna coordinated everything by phone, email, and text. I received prompt notifications throughout the process. Caesar the technician was at my door promptly at the agreed appointment time. Their technicians are uniformed and drive marked company service vehicles. Caesar was professional and respectful of my home and myself. He inspected the entire system and determined that I also needed refrigerant in the condenser. The estimate was very reasonable and service was completed the next day. Mike the owner called me right when the job was complete to make sure everything went well. The A/C is running great and I was impressed with the entire process.

Informative Website, Friendly Staff and Awesome Service!

I had an issue with my AC and was researching companies in the area. After about 2 days of going online, looking at websites and reading reviews I came across Coolest Air Conditioning and was instantly impressed at the customer experience that their website provided. I immediately called and spoke to Nancy who is super nice, down to earth and helpful! Unlike other companies I had called they provided a "real person" service. I didn't feel like I was calling a call center or receiving canned responses. I felt like I was speaking to someone that was willing to hear me out and help me. Also, there was NO FEE to book the inspection! Other companies were trying to charge me like $59 for the person just to come look at my unit.

The appointment was scheduled for the next day and Wolfang and Adrian showed up early which was awesome because I was on a time crunch to get to work on time. I initially thought my problem was from the inside unit. They inspected it and were super honest by telling me that my inside unit was perfectly fine. They didn't lie to me or try to sell me services I didn't need which gained my trust. They then proceeded to look at the outside unit and then found the problem. It was a simple compression problem, the fix took about 30 minutes! I spoke to Mike on the phone for the quote, and he gave me a breakdown of what was needed and the recommendations. I really appreciated that he worked with me and didn't push me to get maintenance services that were out of my budget at the time. He also helped me find ways to save!

I am really happy with the overall service provided by the Coolest! My trust in them was gained through their honesty, caring, and timeliness will definitely be using them again in the future!

This company is far superior than any other AC companies I have used before in the Miami area. They really care about solving your problem. They are very professional, will show up in time for the appointment and keep a clear and friendly communication at all times. This is one of the easiest air conditioning company's to work with out there. They are equipped with a great staff from their reception to their technicians. I had issues with my air handler not working and within the same day someone was out to my property to inspect the situation. Diagnostics and repairs were done relatively quick and my ac now is working better than ever. I'm a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks.

My AC guy retired, I did a search, found good reviews on this company, and took a shot. They immediately took my call, set an appointment and proceeded to actually arrive EARLY. If that's not a good start, the OWNER of the company himself , personally came to handle my problem. He talked straight, was level with me and all was done, fixed in 20 minutes. Fair price too. The reviews are true, they are accurate, THESE are your AC guys.

I had an a/c unit go out unexpectedly. The team from Coolest Air came out within a few hours. They diagnosed the issue, illustrated it to me then answered all of my questions regarding repair vs replace. Because of the age of the unit and it’s recent maintenance requirements I was leaning towards replacement. They then gave me a couple product offerings in the Trane product line. I researched over night while they prepared two cost estimates. When I made the decision they were very quick to obtain the unit and came a half day early to install the system in the High heat of the day! They got the unit replaced and operational within hours. Their efforts saved me another day working in a hot home office. Equally important, they provided me a very competitive price for the overall project. I highly recommend Coolest Air Conditioning. They will be my go to A/C service provider going forward.
