When we called Mike asking for their service, we had no airconditioner for a few days and disappointed with other companies, he spoke to us like a family very honest and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and specifically about the equipment we needed and pricing. They did a great job and when they finished it Mike kept in touch to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. Coolest Air Conditioning was exceptional when it came to quickly repairing my broken A/C system in the middle of a very hot Miami summer.

The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and very understanding, helping me get on their wait list and ultimately a time slot for that day, understanding the urgency of need for repairs of my AC since it was the summer time.

She called me back a few times after the initial call to confirm my appointment and to let me know when the service men were on the way to my house. They showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, even recommending ways I could keep my A/C in top working condition for longer periods.

Extremely professional and quick in action, I would recommend their services to anyone in their area!

I recently changed the AC unit with Coolest Air and they were very professional throughout the process. Mike was very helpful in returning calls, explaining and showing various units, providing a quote, and scheduling service as soon as possible. Nikki and others in the office were very courteous and helpful with submitting for permits and inspection. The technicians who installed the unit were on time and everything went on smoothly and the unit has been running fine. Their quote was not the cheapest but somewhere in the mid-range. But, I would be going back to them for all maintenance in future based on their professionalism. Thank you!

I can honestly say that dealing with the whole staff from the first phone call to when my AC was repaired was an overall excellent experience. Being without AC in Florida is not fun but it was truly a pleasure dealing with them. They are professional, pleasant on the phone, kept me updated the whole time, and I didn't have to wait long at all. They squeezed me in the same day all 3 times I've used them. I'm a stay at home mom and our family is on a budget. They are very reasonable with their prices! If you use them you will be a happy customer!!!😊

Mike and Ana are a complete power couple. They came the same day I called them to schedule an a/c unit installation to check out the situation with my current unit. Mike guided me through the different types of units they offered, answered all of my questions, and Ana emailed me the estimates as we spoke. You really get the sense that they care about your investment, it's not just a job to them. The day of the install their team was efficient and organized. Everyone wore masks and adhered to the CDC regulations. They didn't complain about the extreme heat and humidity in my home. When they were finished Mike and Ana showed me how to use the new system. Which is amazing!

There was a minor discrepancy on the official estimate. The thermostat I wanted was quoted at one price and later I was told it was another. Mike made it right by leaving it at the first price quoted. Which showed me they're not in it for the money, but rather the customer's satisfaction in their service.

In the end I got the thermostat I wanted for the price I wanted and the feeling I went with the right company. One that gave me quality service for a great budget. I will continue to call on them for any a/c needs.

In 2018 Coolest Air Conditioning installed a Trane AC unit in my home. It's time for maintenance! They showed me just how dirty the coils get inside. I showed Mike two evaporator coils that were rusty and to my surprise they changed the entire evaporator coil unit under warranty, to a newer and better model. Way to go to the COOLEST team in town. Anna and Mike were an excellent company then and still are today. They are helpful, friendly, communitive and knowledgeable. You will not regret choosing them. My AC stopped working and I contacted Coolest AC. Michael and Ana responded promptly and diagnosed my AC unit. The AC had a bad leak in the coils of the air handler. It was not worth replacing it due the the age. The entire AC system was replaced with a high efficiency system. I am very pleased with the service from Coolest AC and I highly recommend them. I was very pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of this team. Michael and Danny showed up on time and were very courteous. The problem with my old AC was solved rapidly and the bill was reasonable. The two other companies that I got quotes from last week were insane: both assured that the AC was dead and needed a full replacement. This team fixed it for $400!

Mike, Ana and employee super nice, very professional and respectful. I failed to change my filter, totally forgot and my air stopped cooling. I called Ana she booked me right away for a 9am on a Monday, they came in my AC was frozen they were very nice and said they come on Tuesday at noon. They called with an update prior to coming which I love because gives me time to put the dogs away and they come just in time. Mike came with an assistant today they checked my air, and cleaned it out, checked the outside and my AC has been cold as ice. It is very cold so much I put it at 77 tonight for a bit cause I was freezing. I love that is is family business, I love that they are nice and humble they make you feel comfortable. Their billing system is the best you get the invoice via email and text link to pay. It is super easy. I am putting them on my favorites list and I am calling them if my AC breaks down again. I recommend calling MIke and Ana they are super nice, they are honest, they will not try to sell you more services you do not need they respect our budget. The rate was extremely reasonable . I called Coolest AC for an emergency service at 9pm on Good Friday, and without hesitation Mike the owner showed up with his wife Ana and provided me with affordable and reliable service. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company for all your service and repair needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Coolest Air Conditioning and its owners, Ana and Michael! I had to replace an air conditioning unit in my home. The unit was on the ceiling of the garage and made changing the filter and getting it serviced very difficult. I wanted to re-locate it which required installing new ducts as well as electrical and drainage work. I was just dreading having to deal with the air conditioning companies I had used in the past, so I researched online and read great reviews for Coolest. I called for an appointment for them to come and give me an estimate, and they were there the next day. I explained what I wanted to do, they LISTENED, and the following day I had an estimate. Given the extent of the work to be done, I found the estimate to be very reasonable. I scheduled the job, which they estimated to be a two day project. They advised me when they were on their way, got here when they said they would and finished the job today. Ana and Michael and their team are nice people, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL and they treat your project with the utmost care. They did an INCREDIBLE job! I'm so happy. I am just sorry that I didn't know about them before this. It would have saved me a lot of headaches. I cannot recommend Ana and Michael highly enough. Because it is their company, they treat your project with the care and consideration that is very hard to find nowadays. The project I dreaded was completed on time, within budget by dependable and highly skilled professionals, and I am very grateful to have discovered them!

I chose to call Coolest Air after reading the excellent reviews and I can verify that they are well deserved! Mike and Ana were super responsive and professional. They came the same day I called and diagnosed the problem right away. They kept me updated on the appointments through texts which was much appreciated, and the pricing was very reasonable. Cannot recommend them enough! They will now be my go-to for any AC related issues!

I had just gotten home from work in the morning to find that my compressor stopped working. I called multiple AC repair companies, but Coolest was able to accommodate me and squeeze me in. They were here within an hour and diagnosed the problem. I ended up replacing the whole condenser and they were able to find one that matched my system with ease. They are very knowledgeable and have fair pricing. I would recommend them over and over again. Will definitely be using them for any AC issues I have in the future. Thank you Michael and Ana!

Jessie was professional, efficient, and completed the job in record time! Explained the problem with our A/C very accurately and did all the work quietly and did not leave the area with anything to clean afterwards! Quickly responded on a Sunday night! They definitely lived up to their name”Emergency AC” The technician Micko and Elad was very professional and was able to get the AC running again very soon. We will definitely use them again.
