Called on a Saturday afternoon, told me about 2 hours. They arrived within 2 hours but by then the ac started working again. They checked it ,all seemed ok and told me to wait and see how it operates ,if needed to call back.
Honest service techs are hard to find.

I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Henry called me about 9:15 am and came over shortly afterwards. He explained to me what the problem was immediately. He only fixed what was needed and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I can tell that he is very HONEST. He fixed my problem in about 15 minutes and soon enough my house was nice & cool again.
I definitely recommend Reliable Air.

Reliable is a great name for this company. Henry came in and fixed my AC unit in no time at all. He even gave me tips on how to keep my AC working well. I will definitely use his services again.

I called them as soon as I found out my AC wasn't working. Within the same day someone was at my house and in no time I could feel my air kicking in again. Great service the whole time and incredibly professional. I definitely recommend this company of you everyjave any trouble.

Absolutely fantastic business. Thought my AC needed a big fix, but the mechanic came over and told me everything was fine. Incredibly responsive and polite. Excellently fast service and reasonable pricing. My 14 year old condo unit was coming due for a replacement and the job was all said and done the next afternoon after my initial contact. The 2-man team doing the job was very professional and careful in their process (no damage to my freshly installed doors and trim). New AC was cleanly and properly installed with fresh lines and easily serviceable PVC drain line (the original unit had a welded-shut drain line which was ridiculous).

My condenser began making noises a few days ago and last night it stopped working. I woke up on a Sunday to find the thermostat at 81°! I called a few companies in Miami Beach, who all wanted to charge me extra for same day, Sunday service/repair.

Luckily I got in touch with reliable air conditioning and refrigeration. Someone answered the phone promptly, asked what my problem was, and where the location was. I was given a 1 to 2 hour ETA and 45 minutes later they were at my door.

They were very courteous and respectful, and even wore N-95 respirator masks. After looking at my unit they immediately diagnosed the problem and were able to replace my fan motor in the same appointment.

Considering the circumstances, I felt the price was fair and the repair was quick… My thermostat dropped to 74° within an hour. I had to leave a review as a thank you for resolving my problem very quickly. They definitely deserve recognition... highly recommended.

Great customer service. We have a dog and two littles at home and they were great maneuvering around them 😂 I just moved to Miami and my Spanish is not great, and these guys spoke English so that was really helpful. They were the first company to get back to us when we were searching for AC repair and they got out here fast.

I recommend Coolest Air Conditioning & Refrigeration for their client satisfaction, technical expertise and willingness to take care of an emergency without pushing for a quick sale of new expensive equipment: After asking Ana for an emergency repair at 8:30am she schedule my visit for only four hour later, but in one hour Mike call me to ask for some technical details and after checking his parts availability he offers me to meet in 25 minutes to take care of the emergency.
In the building roof the vast majority of the AC units lack identification, without hesitation he help me identify my apartment unit and proceded to make a diagnostic of the failure and provide options, including a free estimate and temporary mitigation to make the equipment work. I decided to follow his recommendation to restore the unit to the level of recommended by the manufacturer, taking away previos bad repairs done for unprofessional technicians.

Great company! Have no fear, you are in excellent hands with Ana and Mike. After neverending issues with a Trane unit and a host of A/C companies unable to properly address the problems, (instead trying to sell you on something you didn't need) Coolest Air stepped in, assessed the situation and got it right as they specialize in servicing Trane Aircondtions. They are honest, knowledgeable, and informative. They are also helpful with regards to warranty information and will take the extra steps to ensure you aren't paying for a part you shouldn't. Good people that take pride in their work. Don't look any further. You'll be happy with their service.

After the service Mike and his team at Coolest provided today, they are the only A.C. company I will ever deal with in South Florida.
We had THREE different A.C. companies come to our house and try to force a new system on us, even though we told them repeatedly we just bought our house and could not afford it. They said the compressor was bad, and it would never run again...
That's where Mike and Coolest A.C. comes in. They were referred to us by 2 of our neighbors who said they were honest, on time, and got the job done. So we called today, Mike, the owner, answered the phone himself which was good sign #1. Good sign #2 was that he showed up 1.5 hrs later, right on time. Early actually, as he gave us a 2 hr. window. After about 15 minutes working on the unit, our air came back on!
As it turns out, all our unit needed was a capacitor! All the other companies tried to high pressure us into a new system we could not afford. Mike came out and got that baby running in no time flat! He charged a perfectly reasonable amount to come out and fix our stuff on a Saturday afternoon, & didnt try any high pressure sales b.s.
We were so impressed we also signed up for a maintainence agreement so we know we'll always be taken care of! And when we are ready to replace Coolest will be our guys! If you're looking for an honest, reliable company to come out and take care of your A.C., look no further. Our only wish is that we called Coolest sooner!

This company saved us! We had just gotten the flu and we're feeling terrible when the AC died, and Miami, no AC is no joke! They came quickly, told us a price, offered us a portable AC till our new AC could be ordered and shipped. Then they installed our new AC all night. No other company cares enough to do these things! My AC handler was leaking a lot of water. I called in the morning and in the afternoon Danny & Danny showed up slightly early! They worked quickly and I negotiated a good price with Mike. They didn't try to upsell me or jerk my chain. The ac was fixed quickly for a fair price. Overall, a very good experience.

This husband and wife team provided exceptional customer service. They were prompt, and maintained communication throughout the entire process. They provided knowledgeable recommendations, and the day of installation, their team went right to work and now we are cool as a cucumber.
