Trinity AC does an amazing job. Michelle at office is always helpful and gets everything booked for us. Technicians on time. Do great work. Clean. Friendly. Used both business and personal AC units. Prices are fair. But high quality work is what I like the most. Keep up great work you guys!!

The service was fast and courteous.
It was pricey.
My biggest issue is that one of the plastic covers on the unit fell off inside the unit while he was working. I did inquire about it. His solution was to put tape over the whole left from the plastic piece falling off!
Lazy? Lack of work ethic? Brand directive are not focused on thoroughness? Not sure, but not what I expected especially since I asked about it before he left. I believe that As a brand representative he should have taken care of it. I expected more professionalism and pride in work

I have used Trinity Air Conditioning for the past several years for new installations and basic maintenance and repairs. They are always professional, punctual, courteous and honest. I highly recommend them.

Trinity Air Conditioning has done routine maintenance on my AC at three different places I’ve lived for some 20 years. They’ve installed two new central AC systems and responded quickly whenever I had a repair need. Their people are courteous, professional and friendly. All this is what you want in an AC company in a hot and humid place like Miami.

Trinity Air is always “Johnny on the Spot” thank you to a great team. Had an issue, made the call, they had a technician at the house within 2 hours. Thorough testing, problem found, spoke with technician along the way, totally knowledgable, professional, diagnosed, part required was on the truck,.. replaced.. did further diagnostic testing.. all good!! Highly recommend. Sales, Install and post-service - easy to schedule and timely. In the middle of the heat & humidity, Trinity AC does an excellent job at satisfying customers.

Very professional. The technician took the time to demonstrate how the capacitors were working below the expected 5 as printed on the label. Was not pushing for replacement of the capacitors at this time. I chose to replace them. Courteous and pleasant.

My AC was not working. After trying the usual remedies myself I called Trinity. A knowledgeable and friendly service technician came out and I am up and running on a 90° day outside.

The pleasant, efficient service person from Trinity provided our 6-month (paid for as 2 service calls annually) maintenance service on a cool 45° Tuesday morning, February 24th, 2025. He performed a filter check & replacement, suctioned our drain and cleaned it, and checked both our inside air handler and exterior condenser units, all of which he produced in good order. He is experienced, knowledgeable, effective, and efficient. He arrived early for our requested 8 AM service call, and was pleasant and personable, and professional.

Arrived exceptionally quick! Technician was a happy guy and very efficient! Thank goodness because it sure was a not-so-happy wake up to 82 degrees! This company is wonderful to work with! They installed our system and have always been responsive and just great people! Hard to find these days!

When you call them they come out ASAP and fix what ever is wrong and give the whole air system a complete once over and the bill is never outrageous. They are the best!

Great work once they arrived. Our appointment was between 9 and 12. It was nearly two when they arrived.
