Ruben was our technician today, and was punctual, thorough, efficient and friendly. An absolute pleasure to meet and have as a guest in our house in addition to the service he provided.

Raul Acosta and Adam Gilwith helped me with my AC and water heater respectively. Each of them were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Fast service too! I would recommend them and DAC for your ac, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Martin, the A/C technician from Direct AC, did an outstanding job cleaning the drain line and installing a UV light in the air handler. He was punctual, highly knowledgeable, and very friendly, explaining everything clearly. Martin worked efficiently, left the area clean, and provided top-notch service. Highly recommend him for any A/ C needs!

I purchased an AC unit for my condo in Miami Beach in September 2024 for $10,500, and I have had problems since the first day.

The installation was done incorrectly. The company did not properly install the breakers and ac unit pads, and the system failed the city inspection. This should never happen with a professional installation.

A few months later, the AC stopped cooling properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the company blamed the building and charged me an additional $1,000, even though the system had never worked correctly from the start.

Now, as of December 2025, the heating system does not work at all. After paying a premium price, I am left with an unreliable system and constant problems.

This has been extremely frustrating, stressful, and expensive. I regret choosing this company and do not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable AC installation or service.

Yanio, aka Danny, and Duniel arrived right on time and after we had received both a confirmation phone call the night before and a text message early in the morning, advising they were on the way.

Both men were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful of property and explained what was happening during the quicker than expected changeout of our entire 3 ton unit.

They put protective throw cloths down on the floor and cleaned up their work debris before hauling away all the old equipment.

We couldn’t even tell they had been there, except we had nice cold air again!

I was very happy with this company since the first time they installed a UV light after cleaning & servicing every air duck in my home. I only had one billing issue and their direct supervisor, Jose Gonzalez, promptly called to resolve it. Thank you Direct Air!

Mr. Ruben, came out to my home to conduct a maintenance check on my AC unit great job cleaning and efficient five star.

Raul completed our pre paid preventive maintenance visit today, and he was excellent from start to finish. He arrived with a calm and courteous demeanor and even put covers over his shoes before coming inside. He was very attentive to our unit, taking his time to do a full run-through of both the indoor and outdoor systems.

During the inspection, he discovered that the heating wire on our controller wasn’t fully plugged in. For perspective, we haven’t actually had heat from our unit for an entire year! He fixed the issue right away and explained everything clearly. He also made reasonable recommendations based on what he saw, without any pressure.

Overall, Raul was thorough, professional, and helpful & the dogs liked him.(which is a plus 😅) I really appreciate the quality of his work and the care he took during the visit.

Wow, what a great job Yanio & Dunail from Direct Air did installing our air conditioner. We don't have a normal one either. It's on the ceiling in our garage and not an easy install but they were so professional and very informative on how to keep it working for years. Been using Direct for many years and will definitely ask for Yanio each time I call because the guy knows what he's doing!

My AC stopped working all of a sudden 2 days before the new year. I called Direct Air and they sent someone the next day. The company was very professional and communicated with me throughout the appointment window, and Justin was amazing. He worked diligently and figured out what was wrong with my AC in record time. He gave me options and advice and really took care of the problem fast and professionally. I am one happy costumer!

My Technician was Alain Crespowith. He was absolutely knowledgeable, informed and put my mind at ease about the Thermostat. There was no problem with it and he gave me advice on how to manage it daily. I truly appreciate he work which has been consistent with excellence

I made an appointment for HVAC and plumbing issues for my apartment. The HVAC was scheduled for the morning and the plumbing was scheduled for the afternoon. After calling and texting them all day to find out how much longer, they told me the plumber will not be able to come and the HVAC was still 30 minutes to an hour away. The problem was that they confirmed that the technicians are confirmed and will arrive soon, only to cancel the plumber appointment. At around 6:30PM the HVAC technician finally confirmed he was on the way. At that point, I had to call another company that ultimately fixed my issue.

I canceled the HVAC appointment and had to call another plumbing company, which charged me an extra fee because of the later time of the appointment. In the end, I was very disappointed with the service and the constant false promises. I do understand that they may have been busy that day but canceling the plumber appointment was infuriating after waiting all day and being told that they are confirmed to come. I will not be seeking their services in the future and I warn anyone that their promise times and confirmations are not to be fully trusted.

Raul Acosta is the reason why I am writing this recommendation. He is highly professional and beyond. Thank you very much for the maintenance to our HVAC and electric filter. Please do not send another technician. He is amazing I am very thankful for being respectful, honest and punctual. Raul is a great asset for your company. Great job, highly recommend. Mrs Melo

Gio and Solomon came today to do the rest of my AC work. They were professional and courteous. Gio made sure I understood the steps they were taking today and took pictures. He was thoughtful in setting up their equipment to not harm my floors. They cleaned up after themselves. Excellent! I love a company that hire people who CARE about their work!

Giovanni was awesome! He did a great job, was fast and super nice! Fixed the problem we were having fast!!!
