We recently bought a Miami home that hadn't had A/C maintenance in a long time. Pollux Air Conditioning (Ramos) did a great job of thoroughly testing and cleaning our multiple A/C whole-house systems, mini-splits, and window units.

Ramos arrived on-time, was friendly and polite, did an excellent job of cleaning and maintaining my A/C systems; and he provided some good tips on how to do basic routine maintenance.

I was very impressed with Ramos and Pollux and look forward to using their A/C services again.

FINALLY!!!! Found a contractor that is serious about customer service and professionalism. The technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable. Techs took off their shoes and cleaned the whole area before leaving. AMAZING! We were able to get our new unit installed the same day. They use top brands which are highly recommended. Will be a customer for life!!!

Mr Pena arrived on time. He proceeded to rewire fan motor rotation then install a new thermostat recommended by him that saved us money versus what we thought we wanted. Mr Peña was very courteous and professional carrying out his duties. We were very happy with his visit and with Pollux Air for their service, price, customer relations and care for customers needs and personal property. I highly recommend Pollux Air.

Had a new AC installation replacing my old one and the technicians were excellent. They were on time, clean and organized throughout the entire process and did a once over check on all the areas for cleanliness and machine operations. When they finished they showed me how to operate the thermostat correctly and the filter changing too. Would highly recommend this company. The office staff is is also very helpful and friendly and not to be forgotten either. 5 stars all around!!

From the first phone call, Pollux Air was awesome to work with! The tech came out, listened to my concerns, and fixed the issue with one of my units quickly. He even checked out my other two units and didn’t try to push or sell me anything extra, which I really appreciated. Super honest and professional! Phenomenal! My clients had an emergency where all of their AC units weren’t cooling. I called Lily, and same day we had our technician Carlos come for over 6 hours to make sure all our ACs received a full cleaning as well as parts and maintenance.

Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Leo, and he took his time to explain the entire situation related to my central a/c system. He calmly and skillfully described what is working, and what isn’t, and tested everything in front of me so that I can see what the damage is. My system old, it’s from 2007, and he helped me understand why and when systems need replacing - instead of individual parts, which is of course the cheaper option. Pricing for items/labor was very reasonable, and the package deal included a total update of my thermostat, support frame for the new unit, and water sensor. Leo, if you’re reading this, the company is very lucky to have such a caring, patient, and well-spoken person representing them. I will update this review once my unit gets replaced. Thank you!!!!!

Update: although Leo couldn’t make it (perhaps is just the inspector?), two wonderful gentlemen came to do the job, and they did it perfectly and quickly. It started to rain, and they skillfully adapted to the weather conditions without interrupting their work. I asked them questions to educate myself further, and they were happy to explain everything to me. I am SO happy with my new a/c system and Nest thermostat! Thank you again for such outstanding service and amazing pricing! Will recommend to everyone

The best air conditioning and heating service I’ve had. The guy came in, knew very well what he was doing, provided great guidance and was very clean and careful while working. I saved their number for any future issues I or anyone I know may have.

My air cond went dead. Not blowing air.Called few services companies to change new ECM blower motor but they all said they are off for holidays. Only Pollux Air , Lilly picked up the phone and gave me excellent reponse. After the call, Service man Carlos came over with OEM blower Genteq motor and installed it smoothly. He did a great job alignment the blower fan as well. Air cond is running flawlessly after repair. I gave Lilly, Carlos and Pollux Air 10 stars for well response and service . Much appreciated for the only HVAC company pick up the phone and done great repair job in Christmas time.

Great service but pricey.

They are very formal and guinuine. Will tell everything in front. What to be changed and what may expect. Yes comaparitively cheaper but bit higher end

We had a Kennmore fridge, so naturally we called sears since it was their product. They told us the service fee amount would be deducted if we did the repair. Well when the repair person comes out, they say they cannot fix it but maybe someone else can. I still have to pay the fee which isn’t credited because Sears cannot fix their own product. Total scam!

My experience has been all positive.mr Orett was very professional and knowledgeable.explained the issues I had in plain language so I could understand...he was punctual..thank you for having a professional on the job... my problem was with my freezer 🤗👏
