Great company, great work! My new and only go-to for AC work. Very professional, owner showed up during the job to say hello and make sure everything was going well, which it was. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I called Pollux on Monday morning as my AC stopped working. They arrived Monday afternoon and diagnosed the issue. When installing the new parts, which they had with them, they noticed that there was a larger problem that would cost 1/3 of the price of a new system to fix. The old system was 15 years old so past its projected life. We were given options for new systems in different range of prices and the next morning they were here to install. They finished the brand new install in about 6 hours. They were friendly and forthright the whole time. Communication was great and the price was affordable compared to a prior system replacement quote I got earlier in the year. I would highly recommend them.

So impressed by their professionalism. Leo did some magic and got the unit working. They will get a price together to replace with new unit as well as new ducts but we have A/C! We had received a crazy quote from someone else and he did not get the unit working. Leo was very honest and said we can wait but we rather do it sooner then later. I got their number from a friend that had their unit replaced by Pollux Air and they raved about them. I called today in the afternoon and he was here by 7:00 pm same day. Can't thank you enough. My AC unit stopped working while gone, and Pollux quickly answered my urgent call at around 10pm to get my AC unit fixed early the next morning! Leonardo came out right on time and quickly fixed my AC. He was very friendly and explained what was wrong with my unit and my best course of action. Whole process took about 90 minutes, and felt the price was right in line with expectations as the cost of labor was included in the purchase price. Will definitely be using Pollux for future AC jobs!

I was soooo glad that Google gave me the info of Pollux Air Conditioning when I asked Google for a 24/7 Air conditioning repair service! They were very prompt in everything. When I called them, I got the recording, while I was leaving a message, it was them calling me! They sent a repair man out in less than 45 mins! He was very cordial and respectful! Even before walking in, he was putting on protective booties as to not track in dirt into the home. He checked my inside unit first, than he checked the outside unit, discovered the the capacitor wasn't working properly and replaced it. After that, the AC started working again! I thank God that He put me on the right path with this AC repair company! I even purchased their service plan that gave me a discount on today's repair and also on the service they're gonna do for me, cleaning the coils in my inside unit, which I knew that it needed because I used to own a dog a few years ago and the hairs were all caked up in the coils. Once again, thank you so much Pollux Air Conditioning, and God bless. Oh yeah, they speak English AND Spanish, which i do speak both, so it was a win win for me.

After calling multiple companies at 7pm on a Saturday because my A/C broke, Pollux was the only one to answer the phone with a live person and immediately started to see what they could do to have someone come out. They were able to get someone out to my house within an hour.

Carlos arrived I explained the issue I was having and he immediately got to work and was able to resolve the issue quickly, he also had all the parts needed to make the repairs and provide a lot of information on how I can do maintenance on the A/C unit to keep it running efficiently.

Overall, I was very impressed with thier response time and will keep them as my go to for air conditioning services.

Very good service. Carlos Fiallo was my repairman. I thought I knew what the issue was and a lot of repairmen would have just changed that part just to Charge more, but carlos honesty told me that part was not the problem and he was able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was and get it fixed for me for a good price.

Excellent company!!! I have hired over a dozen companies for AC repair and/or installation in the past 30 years for commercial and residential. I have found Pollux to be the most honest, reliable, fair priced and knowledgeable of them all. Their level of expertise is incomparable. Needless to say, I only call them when I need AC service and Lily immediately sends one of the guys to help. The entire team is very professional , courteous and kind.

My central ac crashed in the Miami heat and I called my “ go to” ac company, Pollux Ac. I was given several detailed choices and quotes and the office rep answered my many questions. 2 techs installed the new unit today, Diorger Martin, and another that I unfortunately did not get his name. They both were just wonderful - professional, hard- working and they cleaned up their workplace. I am very impressed with this company and this is the second time I have used them. Super friendly, honest and professional company.
