The repair was completed, tested, and verified and at a reasonable price. Off his performance, I signed up for the service program. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with Kaleb and his team for replacing my heating system and central . They started the job on schedule and finished on time. They did a wonderful job and the new system works great. They cleaned up when they finished and it looks great too. They even submitted the rebate forms for me! I recommend them!

I am changing my review from 1 star to 4. The truth is I started very happy with them until I had a very specific problem. I posted my problem here as I felt I had nowhere else to go to for a claim. The owner reached out to me directly and was patient in listening to the situation I had and was legitimately trying to understand. He explained the situation and apologize, I understand that this could be one of those once in a lifetime situation as I recognize that most customers are indeed happy and Pollux has very good reputation. Hopefully it says that way.
I see value in companies reaching out directly to customers and showing their will to listen and help, that will ultimately make a company stand out over another.

With multiple weather issues going on I thought it would take forever to get somebody to come and fix my air conditioning, but within 12 hours they not only arrived but identified the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. The cost was more than reasonable, the technician was as nice as he was skilled, and my house was cooled down again quickly. I could not be happier and I’m so pleased to have found them.
