Fast diagnosis of an old mini-split unit and installation of a new one during the holidays. Communication about details of the unit I purchased could be better.

Technician arrived at the scheduled time I was surprised at how quickly and quietly he was done with the service. Showed me the job he did on the unit. Professional and gave me some tips on how to care for my a/c unit.

Have been using for 10 years but recently gone straight downhill. Our AC stopped working (and points for sending crew same day), but they needed a part and came back the next day with a different crew. They just left without communicating job status and AC was not fixed - still blowing warm air. But they sent a bill and a text letting me know job was done! Do not use these clowns.

It was easy to set an appointment and the office responded quickly to provide needed documentation for condo. The technician, Leonel, was on time, knowledgeable and managed our needs effectively.

Work was performed under warranty without hesitation. Was told it would take 4 hours. It took 4 hours.
The only thing I had to provide on site was access to an electric outlet. Couldn't be more pleased.
Monetary outlay was for new refrigerant. Guess you can't save the old.

I had a complete new HVAC system installed after install installation. However, some problems arose with getting the thermostat to work with the new system. After many repeated, tries finally the main technician. Lionel was able to diagnose and complete the installation successfully his persistence and expertise turned what started out as a disaster into a happy experience

The gentleman came to our home, he told us the complete system needed replacement we paid him for his estimate we had another company come it turned out the only damage was the evaporator fan. We had it all done for $283 since then no more issues with our central air-conditioned We saved $9723. Understanding technicians are workers business have lost client's do to unappreciated diagnostic procedures is sad we work with the company for years. Our thoughts is were they honest then.

Leonel from A-Max Air Conditioning did an excellent job with our heating installation. The work was clean, efficient, and professionally done. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend both Leonel and A-Max Air Conditioning.

Missed ("rescheduled") 3 appointments. Claimed they changed it but never contacted me to tell me, I had to call to find out they were not coming. When they did come at last, the part they brought did not fit because my model is discontinued & they got a new one & it doesn't work right in the space. According to specs it's also twice as noisy as the original part and nobody mentioned that either. I asked him to take it back and refund me. I'm waiting. Used to be great a few years ago but now it's gone terribly downhill.

Edited to add: Contrary to what is implied in the reply below: 1) they only took the part back after I called twice to demand they come get it. 2) when I called a day after they collected it to ask about the refund process, the person I spoke said he would *start* the process (i.e. no one had done that!!!) and I would have to talk to talk to the budget office after the holidays. I get the holiday delay, but that is only relevant because a mere return doesn't lead automatically to someone thinking maybe the customer doesn't want to pay for the part. By the way I called the manufacturer, and instead of a $667 part+install all I need is a $45 part, plus installation (which the video makes look pretty straightforward).

The work tech was outstanding. (Darius) Was a little surprised at the cost charged foe a few pounds of 410a but other than that I'm satisfied.

Told me someone would come today, nobody came after I called twice and I had to call someone else. Last time I called, it was an answering machine asking for zip code just to tell me zip code is not valid.

My AC completely died on a Sunday, and I thought I was doomed. They came out same day, got it running. Total lifesavers, seriously, my hero moment!
