Have used Costa Air Conditioning, Inc. for over 15 years at multiple addresses. Not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. Honest people of integrity.

having AC issues is already a big problem in a house made in the 70s and most ppl try to do the least possible. Yanio who is obviously a real pro at this, was able to talk me through the odd installation I knew I needed and actually did more work than I thought I needed and it was already included on the install. He was also able to fix a few issues i didnt even know existed. If i could give six stars I would. Seriously I didnt think the install would happen but look at how little space I had. its exactly in the center all around this was eye balled then measured out perfect.

Direct heating and cooling did great job. I had somebody come out prior, but the person had no experience and it was supposed to be a big company and he was here for four hours and leaving the site and never return direct heating rep Ivan Perez came back the next day with the part required to complete the job, Ivan Perez did a fantastic job, very polite very nice contactDirect heating and cooling. They did a great job for me. I lost hope but they got me right!!!!!!!

Ruben was very helpful and professional. He fixed our ac and was very kind in walking me through what he was seeing and what he did. Highly recommend Ruben and Direct Air Conditioning.

Alain was extremely professional. He went above and beyond and was extremely knowledgeable. If I could I would keep him as a personal ac technician I would. Out of all the technicians we’ve encountered he’s by far the best no question.

Our technicians were Yanio and Dunail. We had a new install of both machines of the AC. They were professional and polite. They made sure the flooring was covered and they took all of their trash. They explained how to use the thermostat and what size filter the new system required.

Alain was very polite and knowledgeable, explained everything he was checking and why. I will ask for him the next time I schedule maintenance or need service.

The technician who came to do the job was outstanding. He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude.

It is greatly appreciated that Direct Air technician came to fix A/C late in the evening especially since it was the night before Thanksgiving. Raul knew what to do and fixed and got the A/C running working again. It always seems you have A/C problems either on a weekend or holiday. He was able to do the work despite the mass confusion from calling Direct Air earlier in the evening when we noticed the A/C had stopped working and the thermostat was black not on and the touch screen was not on.

the dispatch was good very friendly very receptive, unfortunately the technician they sent out was awful, guy basically refused to work and did nothing but complain and was not even aware of what an ecobee thermostat was. I see way too many good experiences with other technicians and I feel awful writing a negative review but if you see a Ruben as your technician I would run for the hills

Bryan was an absolute lifesaver! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue with my AC unit in no time, and explained everything in a clear, professional manner. His expertise and attention to detail had my system running perfectly again. I highly recommend him for any AC needs and I will continue to use Direct Air —top-notch service! I think my unit works a little too well if anything now 🥶

I wish that I could give 10 stars instead of 5 stars. Adrian and his coworker did an amazing job fixing my AC unit. They both took their time and made sure everything was working thoroughly. Both were very detailed and attentive when fixing my unit. I highly recommend Direct Air Conditioning to anyone who are having issues with their AC. You will not be disappointed with their service and hard work in making sure everything was working properly and perfectly.

Great experience with Direct Air starting with Rolando to assist us with the purchase of our AC. Yanio and Dunail did an amazing job with the installation, taking time to ensure everything was properly fitted and clean. This is our second purchase with Direct Air and we are once again happy with the professionalism and quick service provided.

Alexis was awesome! He was very compassionate and did a great job. Not sure if the a/c will leak again. Just wondering if I am going to get an email receipt (paid $130) because what if i close the hole and it leaks again?

I highly recommmend, i would actually describe them as the most honest, customer service driven business in Miami. They have always been very helpful, quick and great integrity as a business, which is hard to come across in Miami.
