Hands-down one of the best "customer-service" companies in South Florida. We've been customers in the Palmetto Bay area since the mid-90's, and Trinity AC has always been courteous and quick to respond, and I've never felt taken advantage of or deceived in any way with their sales, installation and repair service. Their field AC Tech staff is consistently polite and timely, and we can't recommend this company enough!

Trinity AC has been my go to AC company for over 25 years. They have very personalized service, do what they can to accommodate your needs, and have competent technicians.

My experience was great from start to finish. Expert advice about which air conditioner to choose. Fair price. Installers went above and beyond to install in a small space. All staff was on time. Installers cleaned up after themselves. I have used Trinity for 20 years. This is the second AC unit I have purchased from them. They do twice a year standard maintenance on my AC

I felt assured that I was now in good hands. Not something that is easily found in County Dade! Especially when we needed help they showed experience and confidence needed. I don’t think I could recommend any other AC company. They also advertise in the Church of the Little Flower bulletin!

Trinity installed a new air conditioning system a year ago in my townhome. The technicians did a great job fashioning an air handler for a small space. I am very pleased with the products they chose for my home and the functionality of the system. The technician installed at no extra cost an Ecobee smart thermostat I purchased separately. I use Trinity’s maintenance plan where a technician comes to the house every 6 months to check the system and flush the lines. Highly recommend Trinity!

Trinity came out to our two business warehouses today. They communicated when they were on their way, showed up on time, honored a coupon on their web site for all of our tenants' units and delivered an email with the invoice and suggested maintenance on various units within an hour of leaving our place of business. Very impressed with all the staff on the phone trying to set up the appointment (Thanks Judy and Michelle) and good service. We have been seeking a new A/C company to use for our business and I think we have found them now :-)

They went above and beyond to get a replacement coil for our AC. They overcame a 45 days delivery time to 4 days. They came on time and did an excellent job. They let everything clean and neat. Have used them for years and they don't disappoint me. Good partner to have for AC units.

We dealt with another company before Trinity and it was a nightmare! Trinity ordered parts same day— their competitor charged more and ghosted us for two weeks. Trinity has given us both follow-up and follow-through.

We have used Trinity for years. Jimmy is our tech he is very reliable, knowledgeable and efficient.

Updating from 5 to 3 stars. WHY? Simple… their men could not solve a problem that haunted me since installing new 5-ton unit 3 years ago. I used their service twice in September for SAME ISSUE (costly).

We had an issue with our AC unit and they came out right away. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem. Would recommend this company 100% to everyone who needs an AC company!!!

A most horrible and distressing experience imaginable! When Trinity came to replace the refrigerant line insulation in my attic, the technician accidentally slipped off a truss and put his foot through the bedroom closet ceiling. Trinity accepted responsibility and put me in touch with their go-to drywall people, TMP HANDYMAN SERVICES. They came one afternoon a few weeks ago and completed the repair but after they left, we discovered that a very valuable and precious small box of jewelry, that had great sentimental value and cannot be replaced, was missing from its accustomed spot in the bedroom on the far side away from where the repair was done. You, the reader, can draw your own conclusions and be forewarned!
