ComfortStar mini splits are the best. I love this brand and they’re so energy efficient. I’ve had mine for three years and so happy.

Evaporater leaks less than 2yrs old, was told at first it was covered under warranty, then it turns out they dont have that unit anymore (CIP-HT), finally had to check in after a couple weeks not hearing anything, all of a sudden not under warranty. She said evap only covered for 1 year! Been in the business over 20years and 1yr evap warranties are unheard of! Will be filing additional complaints with comfort star, my local distributor, and the BBB. It won't gain anything, but will let me vent. My company will never buy another comfort star product, I will deter all the other techs I know from purchasing them, and will let anyone who will listen know what I think about their products, warranties, and customer service. Buyer Beware!

Came to Florida in September. Called Comforstar to try and get some questions I had about the unit I recently had installed, nothing wrong with the unit but my contractor didn’t speak much English so I thought about going to the source…was greeted by Ms. Angie on the phone and I can’t express how grateful I am, she went above and beyond to answer my questions and when she didn’t know it, she transferred me to the tech support team and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and polite!
Can’t recommend them enough! Will definitely look into getting a Comforstar product at home up North!

Roy Jr dispatched technician Osvaldo he was on time very friendly demeanor and replaced our outdoor condenser fan now a/c working like new side note I have known Roy jr dad Roy Sr for 24 years and during those 24 years use them and no one else for my a/c needs more honest and decent people you wont find..

Honestly out of my experience the worst company you can ever call they did a job for me took the money upfront and never completed the job , they keep promising me this week and the following week it been going on like this for over 8 months, the permit about to expire and never closed it, be careful with company they take your money at the beginning with sweet talk and once money is paid they don’t pick up the phone… worst company ever
