I have been in the construction industry for over 10 years. Roy and his team at Keep your Cool have been a breath of fresh air. In miami, where few contractors fulfill their commitments and meet expectations, Keep your Cool goes above and beyond and regularly exceed what is expected from them. I wouldn’t trust my HVAC work to anyone else.

Even though we are in the heart of our hottest time of year, Roy was able to squeeze me in and get my a/c up and running again.

Had a bad situation with my ac unit and called them to fix the problem. The way the unit was installed to drain was a really bad arrangement and not done in the best possible way causing a leak and damage. They came and fixed everything. They spent alot of hours repairing and cleaning my unit. They also replaced damaged parts or parts that were installed incorrectly. My ac runs great and i have peace of mind that it will not damage other areas of my house with an accidental leak. Great workers, great work at a great price. They also take pride in their work. I will call them for all my ac needs and highly recommend them to others.

This 2nd visit was to service the ac system and clean the coils. The service technician Osvaldo was super efficient. He not only removed and cleaned the coils but he also cleaned the air handler unit itself and all the associated wiring. He performed all the service in a clean, neat and, in a workmanship manner. I called Keep your Cool because I was concerned my AC was not cooling properly. I trusted Roy & his team and so glad I did! Osvaldo is a great Technician, very professional, on time and person all around. This was my 1st to Roy and Team, and will not be my last. Thank you Keep your Cool Team for masterful job of conducting a DEEP CLEANING of my entire AC System, which included taking apart the entire system and cleaning/removing all the disgusting mold which had built up everywhere. They also thoroughly cleaned my AC ducts & all the air vents.
