My name is Dr. Jafri A Rambeau. I must say that first impressions are truly very lasting impressions. Osvaldo from KYC definitely made a Positively Profound Lasting Impression. Beforehand, I was dealing with a local competitor of KYC for years. For years (9 years) all the competitor would do is place a band aide on the A/C. Not Osvaldo and KYC. He told me that I needed a complete A/C overhaul. The price point was very affordable. The service was par excellent and now we are back in stride keeping our cool in this Miami heat thanks to KYC.

Our air conditioner broke down during the night. Our friend gave us the phone number for Keep Your Cool Air Quality and Maintenance. Roy responded earlier morning and got us on the schedule. Ronald came and replaced the outdoor fan, so we have air conditioning again. They’ll be installing a new system for us too. I highly recommend using them. Professional & friendly service. I called KYCAC because we had concerns over our AC not cooling properly but also because I had noticed mold build up in and around our AC air handler. Roy & his team did a masterful job of conducting a DEEP CLEANING of my entire AC System, which included taking apart the entire system and cleaning/removing all the disgusting mold which had built up everywhere. They also thoroughly cleaned my AC ducts & all the air vents. We also had him
install a UV light inside the AC system and a new smart thermostat. Our entire family is breathing much easier thanks to Roy & his awesome team at Keep You Cool! Thank you!!

It's very hard to find a reliable AC company to give a straight answer and a reasonable price. Finally, we got a responsible and good company to repair the leaky AC insulations at our garage and the extension into the house. We have been experiencing this problem for long time but not finding a good company to do the repairs was the main reason for the delay. This company has great, professional and responsible staff which they displayed and showed during the time they spent doing the repairs. They were conscious about maintaining a safe environment and a clean area while working and completed the repairs on a timely basis. Amazing AC service by Roy and his team. My AC unit was barely working. I called Roy and he sent a tech first thing the following morning. They did a great job cleaning the coils and flushing the system. They cleaned up nicely and I had cold air flowing. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Keep Your Cool was absolutely amazing! We had a terrible mold issue and our air conditioner and vents. They were the third company that we called and the only company that got inside our actual AC and found the mold! We we were so thankful for their expertise in our delicate situation! We felt many companies were trying to take advantage of us, but Roy did not it. They even came after hours when we had an unexpected emergency. I highly recommend this company, we now have had their AC for four years and just got our unit cleaned and their service men were very professional and thorough with their cleaning.
