The response to our inquiry was very prompt and the installers were on time and finished the job as promised. Everyone was very polite, professional and we feel we received a good value.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Centry Air Design, and I must say that their customer service and expertise left a lasting impression on me. Although I couldn't ultimately avail of their services due to budget constraints, the experience I had with their representative was nothing short of exceptional.

From the very beginning, their representative was courteous, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find a suitable solution for my HVAC needs. Despite knowing that I had a tight budget, they treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, never once making me feel like my constraints were an inconvenience.

What truly stood out during my interaction was the level of expertise displayed by their representative when providing me with a quote. They patiently explained the different options available and even offered valuable insights on how to improve the efficiency of my HVAC system within my budget limitations. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I hired Centry Air Designs to install two new AC units in my condo in Miami Beach.

The job total was $7,900. I paid them a 50% deposit of $ 3,950 on Wednesday July 27, 2022.

They were supposed to install the units on Monday August 1, 2022.

On August 1 I learned that they had NOT EVEN STARTED PULLING A PERMIT with the city to install the units so they could not do the job that day. They thought they could install the units without pulling any permits which makes no sense to me.

They said they would get all the paperwork done and could do the install on Thursday August 4.

On Thursday August 4 they again delayed and I found out that they STILL HAD NOT SUBMITTED ANY PAPERWORK TO EVEN FILE THE PERMITS.

At this point it has been 9 days since I paid them and they lied to me multiple times saying they would do the job on a certain date and then when that date came I found out they hadn’t even gotten started pulling permits or anything.

On Thursday August 4 I told them that I NO LONGER WANTED THEM TO DO THE JOB and asked them to REFUND ALL MY MONEY.

They said they would refund my money the next week. The next week I called them and they said the refund would be coming at the end of the week.

On Friday August 12 I called them again and they said they would not refund me until they got a refund from the manufacturer for the air conditioners.

I called them back again on Monday August 15 and they said they would refund my money that day.

It’s Tuesday August 16 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.

Absolutely no work or service was provided to me.

THEY HAVE LIED TO ME AGAIN AND AGAIN AND STILL REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY.

I am astonished that they were trying to install two new air conditioners in my home without pulling permits at all.

This is unacceptable and I want my $3,950 back.

Horrible experience! Stay Away! I purchased a brand new System top of the line yet I was left with tons of problems. First the AC was not installed leveled. When taking a level to it the entire system is leaning to one side heavily. Second the company insisted I did not need a Pan on the bottom to catch water because if it ever leaked it would automatically shut off. Thankfully I insisted on putting the pan as an extra precaution. Sure enough 1 week into the new system running I had the pan Filling up with water leaking from the sides by the filter. I was told my house would get equal distribution of AC across all the rooms by doing a new system and instead my room has a 10 Degree difference in temp vs the rest of the house (this was something I had issues with prior and let the company know, and although they assured me they could fix these issues - nothing has been fixed). My AC is in a closet and I was told the door to the closet did not have enough venting and included in my package they would put the appropriate Louvered Door that would be wide enough for the AC System. So my closet door was taken out and the walls ripped up to make space for a new larger door and to my surprise after installation they left me hanging without the new louvered door and Instead I have a massive opening where the closet is with no door. The bottom line is that the company delivered a new AC system but did not instal it correctly. They supposedly checked the rest of the system (Ducts, refrigerant line, etc to make sure the entire system is running correctly) yet said nothing to me about any issues and meanwhile another AC company has shown me clear issues that they should have addressed.... They also showed me the sloppiness in their installation. To me it felt like they wanted to rush the job as quick as possible. I now must pay another company to fix the mistakes from this companies poor installation. I also was supposed to get my ducts cleaned and the person that came to do that job kept missing the screws in my vertical vents and kept hitting his drill into my hardware over and over. Once he finally opened the first vent he didn't really know how to put it back.... My vents are modern vertical vents and it was clear the tech that was sent for the job was not familiar with them. I immediately asked him to leave before damaging my other vents. For what it's worth the company did say they would come back to address my issues but after the horrible experience I don't trust them to do the job correctly so I am stuck paying out of pocket to address everything they left me hanging with.

They were here fast and the service was very nice and fast, under 1:30h. Our technician was Roberto Baez. I'm giving it one star 'cause of the price. They charged me $265 over a blown fuse. I was expecting something above $100 due to the fact that the price for the visit is $98, but that was too much. I guess I was the only client that day :/

I am very pleased with the service provided. Everyone was very professional and gave me all the accurate information from the start. The moment we agreed on the price, my new AC unit was installed in the matter of couple days. One day the equipment was delivered and next day in the morning the installers came like it was promised. Everyone whoever I was talking to – starting with Nick, the installers and the young lady, Milo, in Miami office – they were all involved in making things work as smooth as possible. The technician Mr. Roberto Baez was on time, very nice and professional. Did an amazing job by replacing the 20 yrs AC with a brand new one. Cleaned the work area after he was done. Best price even though they had to drive from Miami to Naples. I highly recommend this business.

Incredible service from Ricardo - scheduled an appointment to replace my A/C and was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Quick service, professional, and responsive to all my questions. If you’re looking for any A/C services, highly recommend.

The technician is very knowledgeable in our system. He handled the repair efficiently. The office staff is attentive and responds in a timely manner to phone calls and returns calls right away. Overall the company is great and they have been able to handle our very sophisticated VRF systems.

I would not recommend this company. They did the job and never had inspection completed. I reached out numerous times to have this done, I was fined $500.00 by the county because the permit expired and inspection was not completed, in addition a lien was placed on my property by the county for $10,000.00 They have yet to return my calls to fix this issue and I will be looking into escalating the matter to have this resolve. In addition to this, I had to pay for a repair although the unit was less than 2 years old and covered by warranty. Every time I call I have been told someone will call me back. Not a reliable company and do not hold any integrity in their word.

I am please to report that I had the greatest experience with this excellent team: Orlando organized my HVAC installation. Roberto and Adrian did the installation. Jessica kept me updated at all times. Great job team!! was a pleasure working with you amazing group of professionals.

Customer Service is second to none super attentive. All the employees are super nice from the person answering the phone all the way to the technician handling the services and one of the best things is that the owner even calls you to check up on you to make sure everything was working just fine. I will continue to use their services. I’ve been using their services for while over seven years.
