After my AC failed completely overnight, I didn’t know who to call. A neighbor recommended AC Repair Miami Pros, and they lived up to the praise. They arrived early the next morning and had my compressor replaced by lunch. I’ve dealt with other companies before, but none this fast or organized. It’s refreshing to work with a team that values time and quality. I’ll definitely be keeping their number handy.

They did a good job with the installation. However, there were some minor items unfinished to be done after the completion of the office construction. When we asked them to come back and finish, they asked if we have it in writing. We spent over 12k, the undone items totaled less than $400.00. Not good!!

We called Centry to replace the a/c in my 90-year old mother's condo. Orlando was very informative and Roberto performed the work flawlessly. 5 stars!!

I called Centry at 11:30 PM when I found out my AC was leaking! Alex answered the phone and came over within 30 minutes to stop the leak and flush the drain line.

My carpet floors got really wet during the time of the leak and I was concerned about bacterial growth. Centry Air Designs dried everything out and removed all the materials that were contaminated and also cleaned my system. Long story short Centry was able to help me with this emergency through my insurance company and even absorbed my deductible.

You guys installed my AC unit and left it with no air filter until and I was building an office next to it which a lot of debris and dust went in if. Not until after 4 weeks I realized that there was no filter in it. My AC end up giving coil that need to be clean and drainage that I had to pay you guys over $600 to fix. I’m not even goin to detail on how this company spend over 2 years to finish install my AC work where I had to pay triple for permit because it keeps on being expired.. there so much to say about this company it’s just unfair
My AC BROKE DOWN AGAIN TODAY 7/8/21 AND THEY ARE TELLING ME I NEED TO PAY $380 to re-clean the coil that they cleaned 4 weeks ago for $380.

I have a rental unit and when I called to place my order , I made it clear if there was extra suggested they needed to go over it with the tenant and it would be the tenants responsibility . Sure enough they did extra and billed me. When I told the woman at the office that I had made it clear any extra that the tenant wanted it would be the tenants responsibility they were nice enough to not charge me for the extra work they did. They are a company that keeps there word. Hard to find and I will use them again.

When I called Centry Air Designs, their service was nothing short of amazing. From the moment they came to my house, I could tell I was in the hands of professional, well-mannered people. I always recommend them to my friends and family. They always help cater to your budget and understand what's needed to be done. I will always have Centry on speed dial whenever I need something done. And if you can't take my word for it, call them yourselves. Ask for Yoel! He's the nicest. I'm sure they will help you with whatever it is that's wrong with your A/C.

I had a problem with my ac and I called them to come and check it out and they gave me a same day appointment. They came and installed a new compressor. They were very reliable, professional, efficient, and most of all their prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend this company for all your ac needs.

Once again, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The employee that the company sent to my home doesn’t speak English which is a big problem cause I don’t speak Spanish. I don’t have a year yet since the AC has been installed, and they want to charge me $350.00 to clean the blade which no one can get to. The man on the phone was beginning to raise his voice. I reminded him that I’m the customer and lost it. $9000.00 of my money which I paid immediately and they have been screwing me off since the beginning. I will not let this go. These people need to recognize their failure.

I don't recommend Centry Air Designs. I reached out this company to fix a problem with the condenser unit not operating. Technician Alex came same day of the call. His diagnosis was to fully replace the unit. He immediately offered one price for a new unit and kept offering prices until a only-cash option price for $1000 down of the initial offer. They charged me $85 for this diagnosis. I asked intermediately for a second diagnosis with another company. They arrived same day, checked unit in 2 minutes and diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor and needed to be replaced. Problem resolved for $140 in less 10 minutes. Unit is now fully working. I reported to Centry the unprofessional diagnosis given by the technician and asked for my money back. The operator said she'll call back. Never did it.

The owner came out with another guy and spent about 6 hours trying to replace a water pump. They told me the price was $245 and charged my card $345. The receipt said they flushed my line which was not even true. I had to call them back because my A/c was making a loud noise. That’s when they decided to flush the line because it was backed up as suspected. They did not speak English. I had to keep calling the company to get them to translate. It was a complete nightmare working with them. They seemed like they had no idea how to do the job and I see now why everyone is quitting this company. Bad business and bad service!!!! I called back the next day to ask Henry why he took $345 off my card instead of $245 and he stated that’s what it was in the first place when he told me he was taking $245 off my card. However I do have this transaction recording and I will be seeking my money back for fraudulent activity. Never pay this company over the phone or even use them in the first place.

I would recommend and definitely do business with Air Centry Designs ! I saw the add in the newspaper contacted the number and from there I was in heaven!!! I spoke to Nicholas who referred me to Alex Rodriguez because of location. I live in Miami but wHat i needed done was in Orlando ! When I told them the location i was switched to Alex Rodriguez. They helped in every way to get my AC changed .
They went out did the measurements the next day ! Then waited for the go !!! Although they don’t work certain days if that was the day I choose they arranged their schedules to accommodate. At any giving time I asked a question Alex never hesitated to answer even on his off schedule !!!! He was Professional every time !!! What ever you need done in whatever location they are in I will recommend them for the job !!!

I had an excellent experience of having Mr. Mike and his supervisor Mr. Alex in my home to do maintenance to my air condition unit. I must say, I am was very please of with both gentlemen having the upmost regards to awesome customer services professionalism, courtesy and cleanness. If I had a say in recommending both of these gentlemen for a promotion plus a higher pay; they are well deserving. I believe with all my heart from my personal experience that, they have exemplified all the above mentioned. Good customer services experience should be acknowledged because they are an asset to the company they represent. My hats off to Centry Air Designs Inc! To HR keep up the criteria in hiring excellent choice of employees because good customer service keep customers returning and referring others to your company.

They installed a brand new compressor and handler INCORRECTLY. Less than a week later, there’s leakage everywhere and over 90 degrees in my home. We’re hiring a new company to fix their work.

STAY AWAY. They don’t know what they’re doing and charge a fortune for their incompetence.

Unfortunately my husband hired your company replace our Air conditioning system.

Arrived on time, very professional. He cleaned the ducts and applied a desinfecting product to them for a very affordable price. We needed the ducts cleaned because my husband started to have an allergy that produced a constant coughing. We wouldn't been able to do it if it weren't for the affordable price that Central Air Designs gave me. Quality, efficiency and good price, they have it all. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.
