Excellent experience with Imperial ac Supply!

Great service, my AC condenser motor went bad, no one could come Saturday to fix so I had no choice but to have to do it myself. they had the motor I needed and were open on saturday. Great price and service, and they even gave me some tips on replacement and safety. I was able to replace it and get my AC working again.

These guys are awesome! I had been looking for a commercial quality UV lamp for my ac unit for weeks and what I found was on back order. So I placed an order with another company that stated the lamp was on back order as all others said. To my dismay they took the money out my account even though they didn't even have the lamp in stock. I called them and got only excuses for charging me already. More than a week went by and still not in stock so I did another search for my lamp. I found HVAC and Tool Direct and they said they had one in stock. I was leary because I found all others were out of stock but I took a gamble and placed the order. Then called them to confirm they did have it in stock. Was told they had my order and my lamp in front of them and they will ship the next day. They said 3 to 5 business days to ship so I was shocked and very pleased when I got my lamp the very next day! Under promise and over deliver, that's how it should be done! Thank you HVAC and Tools, your awesome!

I went to to store because the AC in my dad's home (from 1993) went out. I checked the fuses and they were ok. The sales person helped me to check the run capacitors since my multimeter does not read uF and we determined that one of the capacitors was still working, but the readings were less than what the capacitor was rated for. We purchased a new run capacitor for the fan. The sales clerk, also mentioned that contactor plates frequently fail. Indeed, the contactor plate on my dad's unit did look like it was in good shape. We purchased a new contactor plate, installed it, and the AC worked perfectly. Imperial AC Supply saved the day. I will definitly come back if I have AC problems or need to purchase parts.

I ordered Milwaukee 2806-22 on April 1, 2023. That’s a hammer drill with 2 batteries, a charger, and a case sold as 1 package in 1 box. They shipped ONLY THE BATTERIES AND CHARGER on the 5th, and I received it on the 7th. There was no communication from them whatsoever other than an email that said my Milwaukee 2806-22 shipped. I messaged and called. Finally spoke to someone, who seemed a bit remorseful. He said they will receive the drill on Wednesday and have it to me by Thursday the 14th. Thursday, I received the bare tool, drill only. It did not have the box that holds the drill, batteries, or charger. It is doubtful that they even will get it. I would even be happy with a Milwaukee Packout tool case with foam insert for it if they can’t get the original box. No response when I sent 2 messages, either. I want to return it, but I am afraid of losing my money. Very sketchy operation. I certainly would not recommend doing business here. You be the judge, what would you do?

You need good tools and provisions to do HVAC services, they can help you. They have good products and excellent customer service.

What a waste of time. Their business info shows open Saturday. I called the two numbers on their website to make sure if they were open. No answer. Drove 20 minutes only to find the gates were shut.
