I ordered something from them on their website.They gave me the wrong tracking number.They won't call me back.Won't email me back and won't answer the phone when I call the store.It Seams like it's a scam.
Up date(1) I had to threaten to reverse the pay for them to finally a reply and sent it out, week after they were supposed to.We'll see if it shows up, update( 2). It showed up it is what they said it is.

My mail order was filled promptly but with the wrong model equipment (a thermostat). I sent them an email 8 or 9 days ago and have not received an answer. I called customer service and left a message - no answer. I called again and was told they would look into it. Still no answer. I called today (12/6/23) and no one picked up the phone and no answering machine.
12/8/23 Finally got through to the owner yesterday. All resolved. I can return the wrong thermostat.

I have never purchased refrigerant online but when my local Grainger quoted me their price for a 25 lbs bottle of r410a I thought they were smoking crack! That said J&J AC had the best price and I placed my order. As promised my refrigerant arrived in 3 days in a new sealed bottle and free shipping. Thanks J&J!

I bought the tank of gas 407C. Later I found out another website sell the cheaper one so I cancel the order. I told him to refund my money $235. But I did not give the money refund for me and he told me he refunded to the Venmo, PayPal , but I don’t ever get the money back. Watch out for scam.
Ps he returned to wrong account and info. I told him calling PayPal and check for me. But he doesn’t care. Now l lost $235.

I’ve used J&J a couple times now and they’ve been solid every time. The guys who helped me really knew their stuff and didn’t try to oversell me on things I didn’t need.

Got my new unit installed quickly and it’s been running perfectly. Fair prices too, which is hard to find these days. Really happy I found them, will definitely use them again when I need anything HVAC related.

Another area also needed heating,prompting a second Central Furnace installation. The technician explained the process clearly and completed the work efficiently.

These guys are the best. We've had a bum system in our home that hasn't performed for years we've had a few companies come out and look at it and sell us things we didn't need.Tech came out and was honest and made it easy for us to understand the issue. They just installed our new system and they did a great job. They worked hard and quickly so we wouldn't be without our AC. He ran extra tests to make sure our new system performs the best it can.
