Horrible Customer service, invoice is a joke (name & address completely wrong) AC not working but everything was paid.

I really hate leaving poor reviews on small businesses but I had such a lousy experience.

Brandon seemed friendly and attentive enough at first. I called because my AC was leaking and the tech he sent out said the condensate pump needed to be replaced which he did.

I called Brandon back because I later realized the AC was still leaking and getting worse (same week as repair). He convinced me he'd be there first thing in the morning but didn't show up and didn't answer my calls or texts though my phone says they were read.

Yesterday I called someone else when I realized I would not hear back and they were able to get my AC back in working order this morning.

Brandon was fantastic. Super responsive and quick to come help in a very friendly way! He was thoughtful about making sure all parts were evaluated and repaired, and had our AC back up and running same day with no hidden fees very clear with every question we had.

Some rooms were warmer than others, making the house uncomfortable. The technician adjusted the ductwork and fan speed. After testing, the cooling became consistent. Comfort improved significantly.

What I appreciated most was how efficiently the issue was handled. No unnecessary delays or confusion. Just a clean and proper fix.

The unit kept tripping the breaker. Their technician found an electrical short and repaired it safely. The HVAC system runs without interruption now.
