They lie, they try to scam you, they try to charge you any penny for doing nothing.
Our AC was under warranty with them... the fan was unbalanced and the rumbling was unbearable.
They came and after 2 hours they said it was fixed....
The only thing they did was slowing the fan to the minimum...
Nothing was fixed...
Obviously the ac was not cooling the way it was intended because the fan was barely blowing...
....
They finally changed the unit after several claims.... and sure enough they installed a used unit that belonged to a house that was under construction.
The amount of sand and construction dust was impossible to hide....
Like I said... They lie, they try to scam you, they try to charge you any penny for doing nothing.

Our thermostat at home wasn’t responding for some time so we called to maybe get some tech help over the phone, we’ve only had the A/c for a year and it’s under 5 year warranty. They wanted to charge $130 just for someone to come out. All my neighbor did was toggle the breaker and it responded again. Greedy people, a tech could’ve told me that over the phone. However they barely answered my questions and insisted on sending someone out. Won’t be using them again.

RUN AWAY!! If you bought a home & see this company on a sticker attached to the A/c unit.. RUN AWAY!! It’ll be cheaper to throw it away & buy a new one. New a/c units can cost 4 thousand dollars, and you’ll still be saving money!!! I bought a home & saw the manufacturer of the unit be this company. We kept on having issues with our unit after having them come out. They would charge us everytime they came out except for this one time after they charged us around 500-600 dollars for a coil cleaning. The guys that came out broke the tray underneath the unit to which filters the water that drips to where it’s suppose to go. So imagine how much water was coming down! They recommended to buy a waterproof filter. I didn’t find out til weeks later. Always having an issue when this company would come. I got fed up & called a different company. They showed me the cracked tray, said whoever came last broke this. Which it was this company, the only company we would call. After calling numerous times, they refused to take accountability. Do yourself a favor & RUN AWAY from these ppl. It’s a shock to me on how they are still in business & operate the way they do.

Roly and his team did a phenomenal job all around. I work for a screen printing company in Doral and we had a mini split AC unit in one of our working areas that was no longer working properly. We called Oscar Air and they quickly sent someone to check the unit. The technician who came completed diagnostics testing and determined we needed a new unit. However, he did provide us with a temporary solution which kept the faulty unit working until we could get the new one installed - and this was done free of charge! The booking process was seamless and we received our quote in a timely manner. The installation was completed and the following day Roly came by to check that everything was done properly. We are very happy and impressed with the level of professionalism and quality service. Thank you very much!

I have a Lennar home, and they very clearly deprioritize any and all Lennar customers. Our AC hasn't been working for 2.5 days now, and they have no sense of urgency to fix the problem (the breaker on the AC is broken). It's 90 degrees in my house, and they said "maybe" they can come by on Monday. Truly horrible customer experience - save your money and run.

Editing to add: we had a second issue with our AC, and this time around the Oscar folks were incredibly good communicators and took care of the issue promptly. We appreciate the quick help this time around and hope this level of service continues!

Great response… Was available right after Thanksgiving, which made my experience even that much better…. Appreciate it the fast work and I recommend them.

Worse customer service. Office closes at 5pm. Then calls go to 3rd party answering service. No repair comes without several calls, delays, excuses and lasts no more than a few months. This is my experience with new 2 stage rheem unit they had install on a new home construction broke several months after install. After several weeks waiting for parts and thousands spent on maintainence and labor (not covered under the 10 yr warranty) I finally decided to post this review. They are terrible. Even for Miami standards. ​​​

Oscar air conditioner completed an install of two new A/C units. They were extremely professional and my new Rheem’s have been keeping me cool ever since. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of service excellent!

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable

Dealing with the owner of this AC company has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. He constantly cuts you off during phone conversations, is always in a rush, and shows no interest in actually listening. There’s no professionalism, no manners, and certainly no accountability.

We had our AC serviced by his company (the same unit he originally installed) and the repair only lasted five months before the exact same issue came back. On top of that, he canceled our appointment twice without any notice or apology.

What’s worse, he outright told us that he prioritizes new AC installations for new construction projects and doesn’t focus on servicing the ACs he installs. That says everything about how little he values ongoing customer relationships.

Thankfully, I found another company that was respectful, responsive, and truly valued my business. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go with a team that actually stands behind their work.
