I usually don’t write reviews but in this case, I wanted to take the time to thank ANS (and the gentlemen involved in my recent purchase and installation of a new HVAC unit) for a job well done. I hope my comments not only help the company and individuals involved but also guide anyone else in the market for the services they provide.
I’m a first-time home owner, and admittedly, somewhat of a skeptical consumer. Anyone who has ever had work performed on their home could probably understand this predicament. You are in WANT or NEED of something done at your residence, and it involves an area of expertise you have no practical experience.
Recently, the old HVAC system gave out, and required replacing. This unfortunate incident clearly fell into the category of NEED. Especially here in South Florida!
I had a good idea of the make and model I would like to purchase, and received quotes from four companies in the area. Including one from Costco.
That’s when I first got in touch with ANS, and promptly received a call back from Juan, who is a part of their sales team. Juan is just great. There really is no other way to put it. I explained my predicament: halfway through a list of WANTS and now a real NEED; the circumstances around my development (it’s a COOP, not a condo); and, of course, all these different quotes on the very same units. Juan listened patiently, and really expressed an interest in my concerns. Before he left that morning, I can clearly remember telling him, “Juan, I don’t understand how people do business these days. While I can appreciate companies having a WANT and real NEED of their own – in this case, to turn a profit, people like myself just want to be treated honestly. Instead of thinking of this purchase as a one-off, on a unit that might not need be replaced for ten-years, it would make more sense (to me, at least) to think of it as creating a new customer, who would not only call on them for other services but also, recommend the company to others.”, as I am doing here.
After Signing a purchase agreement with ANS; Juan maintained contact with me up until the morning we scheduled to have the new a/c installed; and was the liaison between myself and the gentlemen responsible for the work. The lead person assigned to the job is named Odeyni, and I have no doubt he would be a remarkable employee wherever he worked. Fortunately for ANS, he works for them. Odeyni came with an assistant, and was able to navigate all the needs of my development. Anything asked of him, either by the property or myself, was always performed with a level of professionalism and accommodating, good natured spirit that said a lot about him as a person. These are traits that can sometimes feel nonexistent in South Florida. The Google review I initially wrote about him had so many characters it was rejected, for being too long!! In a much briefer edit, all I can say is everything was addressed to perfection! The guys did a great job removing and installing the air handlers – not leaving even a fingerprint on the freshly painted walls; relocating the new thermostat to a place Juan thought might better maintain a more consistent temperature; and addressed the old slate on which the new A/C would sit, outside – which had a terrible lean. He even fixed a PVC pipe that’s part of our sprinkler system, here. I broke it just before they arrived that morning, while laying down some wood – so they wouldn't have to work in the mud all day. He really is such a nice guy!
I know this is still a long review but I hope it may answer some of the questions potential customers might have, who are in the early stages of buying a new unit for themselves. Whether it’s a WANT or NEED. To be quite honest, I’m also hoping this information can help ANS, as well. It’s been a couple of months since my unit was installed, and everything is working as promised. When a company delivers on so many levels, and can make you feel good about a purchase of this magnitude, they deserve to be commended, and it brought to the attention of others. Thank you ANS!

After shopping around for estimates on a central A/C unit ANS showed up the next day, gave us the best quote. Ana, made the appt for the install in the next 3 days. Just make sure you get the model #of the unit beforehand. Professional and courteous

These guys are awesome, the fixed the air conditioner on my girlfriend office and it is working just fine right now with no issues at all. I recommend you give this company a chance. They will give you a free estimate, good price and you 'll get the job done by professionals, what else can you ask for. Also their customer service is really good.
