We ordered a very large order from AP recently. Not only was it delivered on time, but they split our order up by P.O., organized, and individually packaged it for us. Throughout the whole process they kept in contact with us regularly through e-mail. They have been very professional, and we are very pleased with their service.

Alonso presented himself as someone who knew what he was doing. He installed $12,000 worth of equipment for $14,000. In doing so he changed the design from the mechanical engineer's specifications from rigid to flexible ducts, not explaining that this would cut down the efficiency of the units, I guess he felt would be easier for him (and less expensive). Now I have 4 ACs that don't cool down my house, and when asked him to come back and make the necessary corrections, he disappears... nice. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Empresa pequeña para proyectos de Aire Acondicionado. Muy profesionales

Son unos abusadores en cobrar, ya que vinieron a mi casa , revisaron el aire acondicionado y solamente porque un taco estaba abajo , nos cobraron 240 dolares. No se los recomiendo mal servicio.

No lo recomiendo compré una casa nueva de construcción y con garantía en el aire desde que nos la entregaron el aire con problemas esta gente no busca soluciones solo cobran por cambiar piezas en garantía muy alto el precio lennar contra pura compañías baratas y que mal trabajan.

Es una compañía arrogante y al parecer no le importan sus clientes. Te cobran por ir y hacer un diagnostico. No cumplen las citas. E inclusive se dan el lujo de decidir a quienes atienden y a quienes no.

Despues de mucho tiempo insistiendo nunca efectuaron el servicio. Son el tipo de negocios que por su éxito actual piensan que siempre van a serlo.

Me vi en la necesidad de contactar esta compania porque son los que instalaron los aires acondicionados en Canarias Doral no los recomiendo porque se demoro 30 dias para que llegara el compresor de la casa que estaba en garantía y ademas cobraron $680 por la instalación que me parece abusivo el precio cuando normalmente otras compañía cobran $550. Y lo peor del caso que reclamas y la respuesta de ellos siempre es NO ES MI CULPA... Y de quien sera MIA????? Ahi se los dejo
