Best customer service in town, this is my first time purchasing at National Plumbing Service but won't be my last! I arrived at the store late on a Friday, in fact they had been closed for 10 minutes. Tony and Paul were a class act! They reopened the store, the register, got me what I needed, when they could have easily asked me to come back tomorrow. These are genuinely good people!

Bork at provided great same day service for replacement of my water heater . They hauled away the old unit. They were very professional and cleaned up all the mess.

Excellent work with a seriously complicated job. These guys were here for 9 hours til 9pm at night just to return the next day for 7 more hours. Took extra care and precaution regarding my personal items and explained everything . They informed me of all they did and why and took the hard route to not make extra holes in my walls and floors. Ray is a champ and the whole staff (I've seen a ton of them over the three day period) have been courteous and fantastic. They also cleaned their messes really well. Five stars or more. For sure!!!!

My parents had a leak from their 2nd floor shower from a broken pipe. The leak caused a leak that flowed into the living room leaving the 1st floor flooded and extensive damage to the ceiling and drywall. I called Bortak immediately because they came highly recommended from a friend and spoke to Boris who was absolutely awesome. He sent a technician named Rodolvo who began to work immediately and efficiently. My parents have nothing but high praise for his work. He showed them photos and explained what he did to accomplish the job. All THIS while I was at work. Great price, great service! Honestly, 5 Stars is not enough for the peace of mind. Thank you Boris and Rodovaldo and all staff at Bortak! Bravo!
