Rates are ridiculous. I’d rather not have a workable toilet than use them ever again. They basically take advantage of their customers. No response the first day they were set to come to my condo. Second day they were late and I was just very disappointed with how much they charged.

The second time i used AKO services. Both times were great! Professional and good prices. Totally happy! The best price among half a dozen I called! They even had to do some extra work to get to the water heater but were kind enough to not charge me extra! On time, professional, great value, super friendly!

When my water heater broke, it took out my electricity as well, and I had a big mess on my hands. The building initially refused to fix the electric problem, but Steven assured me that they were in the wrong and by law, needed to remedy the situation. He was extremely compassionate of my situation and demonstrated genuine care and humanity when it came to me, even before becoming a customer. Would highly recommend!
