They are very rude on the phone, when our technician goes there we will not assist them.

I call for two small toilets and they confirm that they have them in store, when I arrive after 30 minutes on roads and traffic, they say they do not have them, they do not know who I talked to. They make customers waste their time.

Great group of guys working there! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also, they have a showroom with bathroom vanities and the gal is very nice that works in that area.

Workers are really friendly and professional. Also they try to bring the best price (ofcourse every thing going up now but that is de pandemic effect) So I always get may plumbing materials on National plumbing supply.

They quote you a price and when you arrive they tell you "they misquoted the price". This has occurred to other plumbers in the field as well, I should have known better. Have them send you a confirmation P.O. at least they may honor that. It was a waste of time and money to travel for this type of service.

To be fair, excellent communication for delivery but they made a huge mistake on the order, sending a 22’’ toilet instead of the 17’’ I requested. My plumber installed the toilet and when the problem was noticed, National Plumbing offered a only a 10% refund according to their policy. All told, I wasted over $1000 because of this company.

Great Customer Service and a wide variety of products! I've been a Plumbing Contractor for 15+ years and let me tell you that I've been to many Plumbing Supplies and this one is on the top of my list when it comes to variety of fittings and parts. Great Customer Service!
