I had a bit of an emergency this week when I broke a toilet bowl. Mokher responded quickly and replaced the toilet. The work was efficient and high quality. What I didn't expect was the great attention to detail with caulking and even clean-up. Worth every penny.

Have used Mokher Plumbing several times over the years from minor repairs to replacing a hot water heater. Everything has been done competently and at fair prices (my hot water heater replacement was done by them for MUCH less money than another reviewer reportedly claims to have been charged). Plumbers arrive as scheduled are are very competent.

Unfortunately I had really worse experiences with Mokher plumbing. At the first appointment I loved the company, their service and thought the plumber was really professional and experienced. But this was on the first appointment only. I had 4 more appointments with them and never once anyone followed up with me. The plumber came twice from these 4 appointments totally unprepared when I sent pictures and called 2 times prior to make sure he has the right parts. it is the lady who answers the phone never followed up with me. Honestly I don’t know what is wrong with her. I was giving them the job and her service is to follow up when she says she will and have the plumber know what he needs for that appointment. Well it got worse. The last time he was here. He supposed to order a part for one side of the faucet. The water was slowly dripping . He came once before (i had to pay for this) and said he will order the part. Month later he come back with the part. Changed. The water was still dripping the same. He told me he made a mistake and order wrong side but the lady in the phone told me he told her I need to replace both sides and second didn’t came in yet. Can you imagine my reaction. So unprofessional!! Not being honest. And the lady on the phone didn’t want to listen my explanations or being helpful. Well after 5 appointments and spending in total $3500+ for their company the water is still leaking and no one got back to me . At this point I am so upset that I will call another plumber. And to add. The plumber that was coming here for 5 times. He knows the plumbing. But he is always in the phone and all he was doing on the last appointment he was complaining about life, another difficult client he had day before, that he would rather be a gardener and not plumber. That day he was here for many hours. My bill was $2050. He did a great installation. But do I have to listen all this!! I have two years old and plenty on my plate. As I said he is a good plumber but gosh i had to go trough that day listening him complaining all the time and at the end he was dishonest about getting the wrong side part. Never mind. Thank god there are plenty of other companies who would love to have my business.

These guys were absolutely fabulous! They were incredibly careful and well planned out. As they uncovered more issues (as always happens with plumbing jobs), they handled every setback thoughtfully. They made sure that any inconvenience was minimal and were so professional. Greg, Marvin, Wade, Rafael, Gus and Neil were an amazing team!

I purchased my house back in 1990 and Mokher Plumbing was the company that inspect my house for possible plumbing issues and since then, I use them with no hesitation.

I just had a hot water pipe burst between the two bathrooms and Mokher Plumbing immediately responded to my urgency and for the past 3 days working hard, non stop, they finished the work to my complete satisfaction.

I cannot be more thankful for their professionalism starting from the receptionist, the staff and all the way to the upper management which that alone is priceless.

I would not even think about calling any other company. They understand their business extremely well and they are fair on their price, and do a clean job.

Outstanding Service! This is the second time I have had to call a plumber in my life, and the second time I’ve had nothing but positive results. The responsiveness of Mohker Plumbing to get someone out to my house, locate an underground leak and repair it in short order was like clockwork. Their plumbers are top notch and professional all the way around. Neil was actually early, kept me in the loop and explained everything he was doing (I learned a lot!). He worked through lunch and got the job finished and then tested and retested. Well done! 100% recommend Mohker Plumbing.

I called them for a service and two hours later the plumber came and checked and fixed the issues in two bathrooms and replaced the garbage disposal. Very professional service and a very nice person. Definitely I will recommend the company!

I was surprised by what a bad experience I had considering how good they're reviews are. Firstly they charged 160$ to come out and give an estimate when estimates are typically free. That is already unprofessional as can be. Secondly they wanted to charge me 1300$ for a minor repair. I Called another plumber and he fixed it in 2 hours for 250$. Lastly the plumber who came out had to keep calling his boss asking what to do so he didn't even seem to know what he was doing. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I have used Mohker plumbing for my residence several times with great service so after our office’s sump pump broke I decided to get a second quote from them. I wasn’t sure they would travel to North Miami Beach but they do. They were 20% cheaper ($300)than our regular plumber and showed up on time. Thanks Billy, Scott and the rest.

We have had Mokher Plumbing do repairs at our house on two occasions recently and we were more than pleased with their work and work ethic. Truly a pleasure to do business with them each time! From the owners and the office staff, who are all polite and helpful, to the plumber who came to our home it was such a nice experience all the way around. Jason, the technician who did the work at our home, was conscientious, courteous and knowledgeable. It is many times a rarity to find companies with the qualities this one possesses. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing done. You will not be disappointed!
