I called a few plumbing companies across Miami explaining there was an odd sound coming from the wall in my bathroom.
Most did not have availability to come out today or have any type of idea of what it could be. I scheduled a few tentative appointments for tomorrow, but then was recommended this company by my boss.
I called and explained to them what was going on and immediately a young lady named Cathy told me she might know what it is and wanted to save me the cost of a service call. Turns out my landscapers left my pressure hose running in the yard all day long and once she told me to turn it off and release the pressure the sound stop and my plumbing is working just fine.
Well, they did not have the opportunity to make money off of me this time. I can assure you that as a real estate professional, they will now be my number one go to. If I ever have any issues on my personal property as well, I’m definitely calling them. This is an example of Excellent customer service that is hard to find in South Florida. Water bill came high and I thought I had a leak .Called Miami 305 plumbing to do a leak detection test and the same day they arrived within 1 hour and performed a thorough test and found no leaks .Thank goodness .Highly recommend this company for being honest and thorough. Thank you.

Great pricing and great customer service. They removed my pavers to find an underground leak and dug up a hole and fixed the leak. Originally they weren’t going to place the pavers back because it’s not in their scope of work but they saw how worried my wife was and went ahead and put the pavers back the following day. It was done super professional. Pavers look better than how they were before and my leak is fixed. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

I found a leak late in the day. I called this company and within an hour, Alex had someone out to look at the issue and see if it was something they could resolve. Alejandro was professional and checked all that he could to help find the source. Turns out it is not a plumbing issue and they did not charge me for the visit, which was more than kind. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing services you might need. I plan on using them in the future for any plumbing services I might need.

I called multiple plumbers because of a complex incident on my bathroom, that needed to be fixed urgently. None of the companies were able to make it on the same day, except for Miami 305 Plumbing. I call them and they came to my house within less than an hour. Very professional! Highly recommended!

Excellent and fast customer service. I called Miami 305 Plumbing and spoke to Alex and explained to him that the county had left a note on my door that the meter reader felt that there is a potential leak. Within a half hour Alex had sent his worker Luis. Luis is very friendly and answered every question .
He found the leak where the pipe screws into the meter and he was able to repair it by replacing it with new piping. Luis also took pictures and documented everything so I can take it to the county. If it was not for Luis experience on being able to find a way to get to the piping without needed to cut the sidewalk, which would need a permit, my home would be without water for a couple of days.
This company with Alex and Luis is one that I would call first and recommended to friends as one that is reliable and well priced.

This is by far the best plumber that I have ever had. I hired Alex to do a camera inspection of a house. They were there on time and not in a rush but carefully checked everything of the house. They sent me the report within hours after the inspection. They also performed a location detection for the pipes under the concrete slab for free without hesitation. These people are not chasing money but providing honest service to the customer. You will not regret.

I am so grateful for this company. We had a leak in my house and, an astronomical water bill for an undetected leak. I contacted Miami plumbing and they were here to help us the next day with the issue. The team didn’t waste anytime finding the leak, and resolving the issue same day.
