Five Stars: The owner came the afternoon booked and swiftly repaired the two leaks - one under kitchen sink and a bathroom toilet. He was quick and efficient and the charge for the work was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

Ramon came out within hours of calling. I needed my valves replaced for a speedy new washer install. This really saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

RCR is very professional and quick to respond to plumbing issues. I used them and have recommended them as well. They will not disappoint. After they diagnose the problem they get right to work. Their work is neat and clean.

Ramon was the ultimate professional and even gave me a courtesy window by offering to show up a day earlier to take care of a malfunctioning toilet and clogged bathroom sink. He promised there would be no additional fees for showing up on the weekend which was a plus. I was impressed with his promptness, showing up on-time, his professionalism, in immediately pinpointing the issues, and the courtesy shown. I will definitely refer him to family and friends as well keep him on speed-dial.lol

I could not believe that I did not know what to do. I do all the fixing things around my home. the water was gushing out so fast. After calling R&R Plumbing. They fixed it right away. One company said that I would have to pay $150.00 just to come out and give me an estimate. Another said $260.00 an hour R&R put on a new nozzle in less than 15 minutes .How great is that and I only paid one LOW price. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem and don't want to get SCAMED.

WARNING!!!! ⛔️ ⚠️ I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I explained to him the issue and he informed me that he can do it for $450 he proceeded to schedule an appointment with me and the tenant and he never showed up. I called him several times to get an update on where he was and he never responded. My tenant waited all day for him and called him as well and he never responded. He is very unprofessional and I would not recommend him. I will upload text as evidence. Please do not waste your time waiting for this company. I urge you to find a reliable company to rectify your issue and respond to your calls and messages.

Just had a service done by RCR Plumbing and I was very happy. The first thing that impressed me was that they were on time. The technician was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what needed to be done. I will definitely use them again in the future.

After calling several local plumbers, I decided to chose RCR plumbing to replace my main sewer pipe from my house to the city clean out.
Out of the three plumbers I called, Ramone from RCR was the most professional and responsive contractor I've worked with. I'm a business owner myself and I am key on customer service and RCR didn't disappoint me one second.
They were quick to respond and always kept me informed on what was going on with the project.
Inspections went smooth and the job was done in a timely matter. I highly recommend RCR plumbing as a plumbing contractor and Ramone will be the first one I call when I have any other issues come up.

This was the least stressful repair I have ever had. I called and a person answered the phone. I told them the problem and they told me what was wrong and gave me a quote. I agreed. When they showed up they were pandemic ready with masks and gloves. They repaired the problem and cleaned up everything from the repair. They were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and would definitely use them again.

An outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable individual.. Ramon arrived promptly and was able to resolve the issues I was having with my sewer line outside.

My experience with RCR was awesome! The owner was VERY PROFESSIONAL, as his staff. I was a little anxious because the job became bigger than expected but the communication was there through whole process, which made it less stressful. This is the first time I have plumbing issue at my house. We have a serious underground leak in the back yard causing whole house with very low water pressure and water heater not working on Friday 12.11.20. I called RCR Plumbing Services Sunday morning (12.12.20), he came by same day at night due to other job. He checked and explained us a fixing plan and estimate project cost. We agreed and he started from checking water service to make sure no inside house leak and new valve replacement the next day. Then a major leak is solved by replacing with a new PVC pipe today (Wednesday 12.16.20) as planned. The whole main process took only 4 hours and finished before noon. We have our water back with even stronger pressure, also our electric water heater is back on track. I am really happy with RCR Plumbing Services and will definitely contact this company again for any plumbing issue in the future. I do not get paid to write this review, I am an actual customer with direct experience. Highly recommend with 10++ stars!!

Absolutely phenomenal service! We had our water heater replaced and these guys were very professional, helpful, and communicative through the entire process. When we had issues with the water not getting hot enough after the replacement, the owner came out on his day off to help fix the issue.

I hope you’re both doing well. I’m following up regarding my final invoice and the payment for the hours I worked prior to the contract termination.

As stated in our Independent Contractor Agreement, all hours rendered must be compensated, and invoices are to be paid within four days. I have fulfilled all my responsibilities under the agreement, and I kindly request that the outstanding payment be processed as soon as possible.

If I am unable to receive confirmation or payment by early next week, I will need to formally escalate the matter through the appropriate channels, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so the issue can be properly reviewed and resolved.

I hope we can settle this promptly and professionally.
