I called upon Coral Gables plumbing with a hot water problem I had had for a long time. After 2 other plumbers, Maurizio Alvarez came and knew exactly what was wrong. Fortunately, he had the parts in his truck and was able to fix it. No matter what Maurizio is going to be my plumber in the future. He was fantastic!!!!!

We absolutely love coral gables plumbing. They have competitive pricing, excellent customer service. We went elsewhere initially for fixtures and ended up choosing from them supplies for our entire home remodel. I don't regret it one bit. Everything was done on time and at the time promised with great clean-up. We even used them when selling our previous home to fix a problem present just before selling. They did this with minimal mess and with great service. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a good plumber. Thanks guys!

I have bragged to Rick Swanson several times about all of the folks we have had the pleasure of working with at Coral Gables, both employees of coral Gables as well as the subs referred to us by Coral Gables. Jesus and his crew have been incredible, Arthur, Addison and Delessio in house have been tremendous as well as everyone else in house. Albert Sierra and his crew did a fabulous job on the tile and working with Steven Peterson on the shower doors. My apologies if I have left anyone out, all have been great!!

They are FANTASTIC! I gave them 5 Stars if there was 10 Stars I would rate them as a 10! ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL I highly recommend them. They will be my only plumbing company into the future! After spending hours online trying to decide on the “appropriate” toilet I wanted to be sure I was making the best decision for my specifications. Dale was professional and patient. Coral Gables Plumbing presents itself as professional, responsive and competent to justify their incredibly high rates. However, in my personal experience, they failed to account for their mistakes, when presented with clear factual evidence. They are incredibly arrogant and their customer service is dismissive. I will never work with this company ever again.

To address the response below, I want to state to Mr. Swanson the fact that the countertop provided was not defective, the installation was. In addition, your plumber broke the top of a toilet accidentally and took no accountability. Your employee in the showroom referred to me disrespectfully last week when I picked up specially ordered parts. We have paid the full amount of every invoice on a timely basis, including the new toilet cover and extras. I have asked you to reach out to me to discuss but you do not seem to have any desire to do so. Instead, there are "fake accounts" posting good reviews. Again, feel free to reach out directly to me and discuss any of the above. Thank you.

They did a great job BUT just realize that as of 07/25 their prices are $250 for the first hour and then $175 an hour after that. There are no fractions of that! (I saw someone wrote "any fraction thereof.") If they are there for 1 hour and 5 minutes they will charge you $250 plus $175. Lol, that's a pretty sweet deal for them! So, don't screw around asking them lots of questions when they show up. 5 minutes into the next hour is pretty expensive! (They may go the "extra mile" but they will charge you for it. I'm just sayin')

Needed help with a large job. Danilo came for an emergency visit and was fantastic! Calm during my panic; knowledgeable and most of all kind. Amazing work for a fair price. Professional company from the office to the technicians. They even went as far as conferencing with our Board of Directors to ensure understanding of the issue and action plan. 10/10 highly recommend.

The plumbing service I received was exceptional. The technician arrived on time and immediately got to work on repairing my leaking faucet. He was polite, professional, and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. The cost was reasonable, and I felt confident in the quality of the work. I will certainly call them again for any plumbing issues.
