My initial experience was BAD and I left a 1 star review after they didn’t show up. Today Kenith not only showed up, but he did a great job investigating the cause of the leak and put together a comprehensive game plan to fix it. Kenith salvaged my perception of this company.

Communication with your company was excellent technician arrived right on schedule was very professional and was able to resolve the issue or leak quickly. He explained everything well and did everything in a very professional manner. I will definitely use your company and him in future .coming I would highly recommended your company. Kennith diagnosed the problem right away and explained everything to me clearly and offered me the heater from them. He worked the whole day by himself and, except to bring down the old heater from the 2nd floor and bring the new one up. He was very curtious and respectful, and knew what he was doing.

Josh came to my house and immediately repaired my pipe under my kitchen sink and did a thorough assessment of the entire house. I got a new home water filtration system. Alejandro and Richard provided excellent service. We had an emergency leak in the water heater which required immediate replacement. They came within a short time of my service call and replaced the water heater right away. They were very professional and communicative, and I would definitely request them by name again in the future.

Great service! Installers Alejandro, Kenneth , Ian and Richard all did a great job, it took several hours as it was a big order but everything working great and installed neatly. I’m very happy with their work.

This is what true professionalism looks like. Not only was it an immediate response but these dedicated professionals worked on the job for 14 hours so I wouldn’t have to spend too much time without hot water. Really some of the best home service I’ve ever received.
