Hands Down the Best Plumber in Kendall!

My mom called me around 6 yesterday to let me know that her toilet was backing up! We tried Drano, let it do its thing for an hour, and no, it did not work. If anything, it made it worse because now we had water on the floor! The first thing that came to mind was that getting a plumber out to Kendall Lakes at this time is going to be an issue. Call the top three listings on Google, and Rey at Plumbing Diagnostic was the only one to answer the phone! He arrived within 20 minutes, and 45 minutes later, the problem was fixed. Can’t thank you enough!

Miguel IS THE BEST service/repair person I have had the pleasure of working with! He listens first, then he recommends and his recommendations make sense and are practical and as I found out at the end backed by his years of experience. He is not trying to sell a job he is selling the work that he knows will accomplish the fix. What amazed me too is the commitment to his work and commitment to quality. I am glad I choose Ben Franklin but I was lucky that Miguel happened to be the tech that would do the work. Ben Franklin has an incredible talent.
