Alejandro was very thorough in his inspection, explanations, and labor. He was quite accommodating to our budget and needs. He regularly shared details and videos of his progress along the way, and was very thoughtful and careful in his approach. The kitchen sink is draining very nicely now. And no broken pipes, despite our ancient cast iron plumbing -- thank you, Alejandro! Excellent service and results.

Richard was a great plumber—professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and quickly fixed the problem. I really appreciated his honesty and the care he took to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend Richard if you need a reliable plumber!

I have used Coral Gables Plumbing for many years. They are very responsive and get the work done right. They are not the cheapest in town but are worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

These guys are awesome. I had a problem with a leaky kitchen faucet so thought replacing the o ring might help. On a Saturday they were open and Diego (showroom) directed me to their parts guy Dalessio. Dalessio picked out a couple of o rings that would fit and hooray...problem solved. I have been a customer of Coral Gables Plumbing for 22+ years. I am currently working with Master Plumber, Mr. Nino Fidencio Jr., who is running tests to see if any repairs are necessary to the cast iron pipes in my house (originally built in the 70s/major renovations in 1992). I feel confident that I am dealing with Plumber who is knowledgeable about this potential problem, in older homes in my neighborhood, and I will be treated honestly/fairly with the cost of the repairs and extent of the scope of work which may be necessary. Over the past 3 months I have tried to use Coral Gables Plumbing to have my cast iron pipes evaluated. During this time frame they canceled my scheduled appointment more than 3 times. They then waved their call out fee to make up for the delay. Upon doing their initial review of my pipes, I paid 1300$ in full (200$ over estimate), and was told the full review would be back to me within 1 week. Here I stand 2 weeks later to find out the plumber who came out to do the inspection is no longer with Coral Gables Plumbing. I asked for a prompt refund and was told that is not possible.

To summarize, Coral Gables Plumbing was late to do their inspection, have yet to complete their inspection (as I have not received the report), sent a plumber who is no longer affiliated with their company, and have refused to provide me a refund. This said I strongly urge any consumer to go with another company as there is a better than average chance Coral Gables Plumbing will over promise, under deliver, and steal your money.

Ibrahim is the best and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. He knows his fixtures and helped us through this process of matching. There is even running water on most of the fixtures. It didn’t long to receive of fixtures once they were ordered. The only place to buy from. I highly recommend Coral gables plumbing.

Highly Recommend. Excellent Service. I broke a copper water pipe Sunday morning with water gushing everywhere. Did not know who to call so I looked online and called CGP and Carlos was at our house in less than 30 minutes. Carlos was excellent, friendly and professional. He had to make many trips under our house in the dreaded crawlspace to make a difficult and complicated repair. Everything fixed better than new. Thank You Carlos and CGP. Will use them from now on.

The plumbers that came out to my house were very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. They fixed a clogged pipe in my kitchen sink, a flapper on a toilet, and shower unit that was clogged with sentiment. They worked in an efficient manner, and all fixtures are working great. They also showed up on schedule, which is quite rare in Miami. Brandon, whom I worked with at the company, was fair on pricing, knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend them for their great quality work.
