Alejandro is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful and efficient. He explains everything clearly and patiently. Benjamin Franklin is very lucky to have Alejandro representing the company!

These people stood me up 2 days in a row for fixing a leaky toilet even though I told them this was urgent and needed to be fixed before my out of town guests arrived. Will never call them again and will make sure my friends and family and neighbors don’t call them either. Unacceptable customer service.

Kenith did an emergency tankless water heater install. He was patient, spoke clearly, worked quickly, and gave me multiple options. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations.

Miguel worked for 3 hours to unclog ths drain. It took awhile because it was caused by the recently installed ATT fiber optic cable that went through the line outside. Miguel arrived on time, listened to my description of the problem, explained the best way to fix the problem, took time to clean up, and was overall considerate. Would I call again ....yes.

I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication. The team was courteous, respectful of my time and home, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. Our plumbing issue was not simple, but the technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in detail, and provided a transparent quote before starting any work. He arrived exactly on time and left the workspace cleaner than he found it. It’s rare to see that level of care and respect from service providers these days.

I had five plumbing companies come out and give me a price for repiping a sewer line in a warehouse. I got different prices, not until Mike Story at Benjamin Plumbing, got involved did I understand both knowledgeably and visually what the problem was. The plumbers were very clean and courteous,and went right to work. My thanks to Mike and crew.

1/22/25 Update: they came and replaced the tile no extra charge, floor looks exactly the same can’t tell the difference

They broke a floor tile by dropping a tool and now it has become impossible to speak with someone about it.

Came in to find a possible leak used a camera, plumber was sure of leak even saw video of what looked like to be water and was chargers $89 said they would come back on Monday because they need to open a wall to locate it. Now they said I have 0 leak anywhere and charged me $500. They were very quick to quote me so I should change all my plumbing, he recommended I spend $8500 to redo everything.

So in conclusion I’m out $500 plus dollars, I have a hole in the wall that I have to patch and fix myself since they don’t fix drywall, and they broke a floor tile.

Alejandro was very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Also very nice kind. He took care of arranging everything with my condo building. The water heater was installed, as promised, the very next morning.

I had never had this issue and was not sure who to call, but through Angi’s list I was able to get a quote and get the work done same day by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our tech was Miguel Gonzalez - great help, wonderful attitude and above and beyond work. He made a difficult experience easy and quickly set us up with a new replacement. Definitely recommend him and this business.
