I felt reassured after calling and talking to Wendy the owner that I was in good hands. Someone was able to come out within an hour and under four hours I had a new toilet installed. I would recommend Falcon plumbing and will call again if the need arises!

Let me just start off that this company has provided me one of the best customer services I have ever received. Not only were they extremely on point with their arrival time but from the beginning of my call to them I was treated with respect. I had a leak coming from my toilet and i was in desperate need to get it fixed. I called Falcon Plumbing and the receptionist (Rosi) was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When the techs got there, they explained to me detail by detail what was wrong and reassured me that they were there to help me.

I had a leak in the toilet tank during Memorial Day weekend and the owner, Wendy, found out that TOTO discontinued the item and had no replacement parts. We spoke and she ordered a new toilet and tank. Michael was sent for the installation, and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Wendy and her staff are responsive, personable and dedicated to doing a good job. I recommend them and will use them again.

The same technician did repairs in my master & guest bathrooms earlier this year. This time, on 10/23/23, he repaired a leak in the main pipe (after the meter) to my home. Very minimal digging was needed. A coupling that was improper for such use was found and removed; two PVC pipes joined with an elbow was all that was needed. On both visits, he arrived at my home well within the estimated time frame, got right to work, and was courteous and professional throughout.

Wendy assisted me with scheduling and estimating the cost of my job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Michael was the gentleman who installed a kitchen faucet at my sister's house as well as a kitchen and three bathroom faucets at my house. He surveyed each room and knew we would be needing new valves. Ours are almost 30 years old and the chance of them leaking is phenomenal. He was friendly, worked efficiently and neatly, taking the time to be sure each faucet worked as needed. As he told me, I'd rather work slowly, carefully, and avoid having a leak in the future. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone's needs.

I had a great experience with Falcon Plumbing. Very professional staff and Roddy repaired my plumbing problems quickly and with expertise. Also extremely reasonable pricing. I Highly recommend this company, it was a pleasure to work with them.

Wendy was so friendly on the phone and made me feel at ease. There was no rushing or surprises. The plumber that was prompt, friendly and professional. And, again, no surprises! I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service from the very beginning. I'm thankful that my friend recommended them to me! Excellent company, I would definitely recommend this company!

My experience with falcon plumbing was phenomenal. It was an emergency call late at night and I thought I was screwed for sure. I made the call wendy was very nice and fair in the pricing. The plumber that showed up was ralph. He too was polite and had such a great attitude for his job and how late the call was I really felt at ease. He was in and out within 2 hours.

Another great job by Falcon Plumbing. As always very friendly to schedule someone to come out, was notified when they were on their way and they arrived on time. Chris was great actually second time he came out, before was a different job. He is very friendly and professional, that's why I remember him. Chris came in, listened to the problem and fixed it. I will always rely on Falcon Plumbing for all my plumbing needs; great employees, fair price and job always done right the first time.

Everybody that we interacted with did an amazing job identifying the problem with my kitchen sink, providing solutions, installing the new piece and working through any issues. Michael was incredibly helpful, and returned several times as requested just to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Wendy did an amazing job coordinating and planning the appointments. Very punctual and professional!

This is the second time Falcon has been out to my house for one of my water heaters. First time it was not functioning optimally and they saved me money by being able to fix it. Second time, I took a video of a different problem (T&P valve blew out) and sent it to them the night before - they came prepared knowing the problem and the fix was done in 5 minutes of arriving. Very responsive and extremely pleasant to work with - overall just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend

I'm very pleased with the repair service I just received from Falcon Plumbing. I called them last Friday and got an appointment for 0900 (Monday) . Repair man (Ralph) was here right on time, he was very cordial and completed the job in under 30 minutes. I was given a quote on Friday and that's what I paid today...no added or hidden charges, which I found comforting , I will surely recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you Wendy ! From first call to finish the service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. Our representative, Justin was ultra knowledgeable, very friendly and responsive. Most importantly, he effectively resolved our issue in a timely manner. We've dealt with many other plumbing companies and the experience was not even close. Falcon gets a 10! I was so grateful for the expertise and timeliness of the plumber and how he fixed the installation of my garbage disposal and adjacent pipes all of which had been installed improperly and had started to leak. The office staff was very professional and responsive. I was able to make an appointment and the plumber was on time. The cost was reasonable for today’s market. Highly recommend.

Great company. I have used them for years. My technician Mike called arrived on time. He listened to what Services I needed. He was professional and explained what he was going to do. Very professional and he cleaned up after services provided. He came with the necessary supplies for the toilet repairs. When I asked him to check my concerns about the shower faucet he went and got the necessary parts and made that repair as well. Highly recommend Falcon plumbing and Mike. Thank you for a great job!

Had a sewer line backup in the late evening. Within an hour Wendy was able to have her technician Michael onsite. He was very courteous and professional during the entire visit. He made sure the bathrooms were cleaned up before leaving. He successfully unclogged the sewer line. Great customer service from the initial phone call through the entire visit. Excellent service! I have worked with Falcon Plumbing in the past. My garbage disposal stopped functioning and I knew exactly who to call. This is the third or fourth time that I have used Falcon Plumbing and I couldn't be happier with their service. Each time they show up promptly and perform the job quickly and their prices are great. Today, a technician named Justin fixed two problems for us in the kitchen and outside on the patio. He arrived right on time and completed the tasks efficiently and quickly, as well as for a very reasonable price. I am so glad I switched plumbers a few years ago. I highly recommend this company.

Needed to replace my kitchen waste arm and wanted a reliable plumber. Got Falcon’s information from bbb.org where they have a A+ rating. Michael showed up and went above and beyond, walking us through all his findings at each step. Michael was awesome. Falcon was awesome.

Terrible service! They pulled the plumber off of the job he was doing at my house to send him to another job. The plumber told me he was going to the plumbing supply store when in fact he was going to another job. I called after waiting 2 hours for him to return. I was told he wouldn’t be returning today and that I would have to reschedule the job. Mind you this is after they disassembled the shower valve and after I had paid for the repair. I got my money back but now I have 3 house guests coming into town tomorrow and I’m down a shower. Never hire this company they are terrible.
