Robert #493 was very helpful and identifying my issue with a clogged sewer main. Ended up being roots coming out from the toilet flange, causing a blockage. He helped me clear the blockage quickly, and was very insightful and explaining the issue and ways to remedy. Robert was very respectful and a definite help.

Dariel #75 was excellent! Immediately understood our problem and explained how to fix it! He worked non stop to do our drainage. Friendly curteous & polite!

Ricard came to perform a water leak inspection. The first thing he did was to ask for the last utility bills. After reviewing the bills he pointed out that the bill increases were not caused by excess water consumption. He told us we didn't need the leak inspection. We really appreciated the honesty of Richard and Roto-Rooter!

I had 2 repairs with Roto Rooter. Both were Excellent! On Saturday Nov 29, 2025 Jordan replaced the fill pipe and on Monday Dec 1st 2025 Luis replaced the flapper. Both these plumbers did an AMAZING job especially considering the archaic toilet with hard to find parts! Both plumbers were incredibly professional and courteous especially considering how horribly they were treated by the condo staff. I’m so glad I got Jordan and Luis! The repair was completed and I am VERY satisfied with the service from Roto Rooter! Additionally scheduling online was super easy and dispatch was great at communicating when they would arrive. Dispatch was also great because they were prompt with the certificate of insurance COI so the condo would permit the work. Payment options were plentiful and that was seamless. If I EVER need any plumbing repairs I’m DEFINITELY calling Roto Rooter!

Dariel has been to our house twice and he is the best, he will go over and beyond, he cares to get the job done right, he is never in a hurry, he is patient and far from getting frustrated when he encounters some difficulty and because of his caring and love for what he does, at the end he finds a way to get the job done the right way. The service was amazing. The came quickly and returned the next day as needed. Our technician Richard was fantastic. He was kind and professional and worked incredibly hard to fix our complicated toilet issue. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Luis Damian 4478 and Jerry 6379 were true professionals. They clearly know their work and demonstrated excellent customer service skills throughout the visit. I really appreciate their services and professionalism.

However, I was informed by Roto-Rooter that they charge the same price any day of the week, including holidays, and I believe their pricing is on the higher side. I was charged $560 for cleaning the drain obstruction and $850 for running a camera inspection and without it they would not do the work which feels excessive for the scope of work.

Sergio is an outstanding plumber. He is extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took his time to properly diagnose an issue that a previous plumber couldn’t figure out, and he fixed it perfectly. His work was super neat and clean—he even cleaned everything afterward so well that it looked like no work had been done at all. I highly recommend Sergio and would absolutely give him 5 stars.

Ruddy the repairman was fantastic!! He was on time and amazing!! Fixed my awful pouring shower which wasn't easy.

I had an excellent experience with Falcon Plumbing. Plumbing service calls can be very expensive and disruptive. Falcon Plumbing provided a very positive experience and Justin who handled the service call was very professional. I would highly recommend them

This is the worst company that you can call. I called them to request a repair of my kitchen sink and I ask them how much more of less that repair would cost me. They told me that they would need to be on my house to inspect the problem and then give me an estimate. They charge for that $75.00 and if you dont want the job done you have to pay that amount. Well, they came and told me that the repair wold cost me $450!!! Just for fix the kitchen drain!! I asked the guy why that price and he told me that they usually charge that amount for that kind of work(you can see that first they told me that they have to be in the house). With this metod, they assure their $75 charge and then they can charge wherever they want. This kind of job only cost around $150.00 and now I will have to call another plumber to fix the clogged kitchen drain. If you dont want to feel betrayed, never call this company!

I used this company 2 times the first time was to replace a heating element on my water heaters and the technicen who came to see the unit suggest the replacement of the water heater who is only 4 year. So I called on another company who charges me $ 100 for the replacement of the heating element. the second time was to drain my sink which is in my kitchen. this time the quotation proved by the technician was 470 dollars ...
just to drain the pipe. I call a other company Who charge my $ 150.
this company flacon plumbing are not professional because when I called their office the lady I have on the phone told me that this job should cost 180 dollars max

We’ve been dealing with a plumbing issue for almost 2 weeks now without anyone being able to fix it. Justin came out and took care of it in under 30 minutes with no issues at all. Highly satisfied with my service and would request/ suggest Justin for any other plumbing issues in the future!

In what has been an ongoing long term renovation nightmare....justin from falcon plumbing was an island of competence and professionalism in a sea of stupidity, sloppiness and incompetence. Falcon isn't cheap but most plumbing isn't. And they show up when they say they will and work in way that is clean and not terribly disturbing. Highly recommend!!

Waste of money and time. Poor diagnosis of the problem. My laundry presented a piping problem related to the the washer machine. The technician resolved with a quick fix. He didn't want to expend $1.25 to run the washer machine or wait 25 min (laundry cycle duration) to double check if the problem was resolved. Two weeks later, I had to call them back for the same problem... Not only they did not take responsibility on the guarantee, but the wanted to charge me again for the same job. Go figure!
