Barry rescued us from a poor experience with a previous contractor. We had big gas heaters installed in our outdoor hangars and the previous contractor had installed the wrong type of pipe and the wrong type of fittings. Barry worked for 5 hours trying to salvage the faulty work to save us some cost, but eventually had to break the news that all of the pipe needed to be replaced. I am so glad he suggested the replacement! The new hard pipe he installed looks so much more professional and safe. It passed the pressure tests on the first try, and the heaters were up and running within a week of speaking with Barry on the phone in our dire situation. He arrived when he said he was going to, looked and spoke professionally, and completed his work even faster than he estimated for the price he quoted. I could not have asked for a better experience. Barry arrived on time and was professional and quick in his assessment of what needed to be done. He did high-quality work with an eye toward making sure that I didn’t spend too much money. If I have any other plumbing needs I’m definitely going to call him first.

After receiving great quality of service from Barry at Pipelife our parents recommended we call him to help replace our kitchen sink. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and we followed his advice. We ordered all the parts we needed and he connected us with a company that did an amazing job cutting our granite countertops for a wider sink opening. Once all the work required for our project was complete Barry came back and finished the job perfectly. He truly was a great resource the entire time! When our toilet wouldn’t flush, we called Pipeline. We immediately heard from Barry and he came out to the house within twelve hours, diagnosed the problem, told us it was likely covered by the warranty of a previous service provider, and held our hand through to a solution. Barry’s professionalism and honesty was extremely refreshing in an industry where many service providers would have just quoted us a price to fix the problem rather than guide us to a free solution. I can’t recommend Pipelife highly enough.

My mistake was not calling PipeLife plumbing first. I had a few small leaks and repairs needed in my main and guest bathrooms and got a reasonable quote from a competitor who I originally thought would fix the problem. Not only were my leaks showing up again after two weeks, but they left a mess in my place. When I tried having them come back to fix the issue, they were unresponsive and outright dismissed my concerns. The whole thing was a nightmare for me and my family.

I called PipeLife plumbing and was contacted by the technician within the day, and he came out to give me a quote at my house within the week. He went though the quote and explained everything to me, line by line. He even gave me a few options to choose from. When it came time to do the work, they made sure to protect and clean up the space while they worked and once they left. It's been six months and I haven't had any issues with the original leaks. I'll never waste my time or money with any other plumber ever again.

Plumber showed up late and gave us a quote of $500 for a simple drain cleaning of a kitchen sink in a condo. Needless to say we didn't use their service.

Finding a reliable and competent plumber is challenging, at least in my experience in Miami Beach. My bathtub faucet was dripping for several months. Neighbors suggested a few plumbers, but they kept cancelling and/or were unprofessional in their communications with me. But finally I got a rec for Pipelife. Barry was super. He showed up on time, was very transparent about the options for repairing the leak, and his work was topnotch quality. Will call him again whenever I need plumbing services.

My water heater starting leaking Friday morning and I freaked out. I called the first plumber in miami I could find. I live right off Biscayne in the Belle Meade area, and a lot of the homes here have old sewer lines and plumbing issues. Oasis Plumbing came out to repipe our sewer line, install a tankless water heater, and they also did a whole house water filter + softener.

Probably the best contractor experience we’ve had since living in Miami. Super easy to deal with, communication was great, scheduling was simple, and they actually showed up when they said they would (which is rare).
