We had a bathroom sink explode on us, flooding the bathroom. Not only did Pipelife identify the root problem was our water pressure was 95 psi but he also ordered for us and installed a water pressure regulator and an expansion tank for our water heater. He came out to our home near lowry even though he is based in Lakewood & he took the time to answer all our questions and explain to us how to keep our home safe from plumbing emergencies. All in all, the service was extremely professional and when we do a bathroom remodel, I plan to use Pipelife for all our plumbing needs.

Pipelife was awesome. We had some work that needed to be complete because the previous homeowner left some ductwork incomplete during a remodel. The work that was completed was completed to perfection, the service was outstanding, and the price was just right. I highly recommend if you have a job that they can do, make them your go to!

Pros - Good billing platform, punctual, does great work and is clean about it, very good communication via text or phone, very personal and professional, fair prices for a single task that needs mobilization / demobilization costs wrapped into wrench time for like a single toilet replacement or something.

Cons - If you need a plumber for a short job and schedule is critical, his rates are fair. If you need him for a full days work on a budget his rates are 2-2.5x what is on the market in my opinion from what I surveyed. I think because his wrench time price includes the mob-de-mob per 45 minute task which is not the case in a big job where you're there all day with 5-7 tasks within 2 rooms of a house. Pricing tolerance is in the eye of the beholder and for some people the service level is worth the extra cost so your mileage may vary.

Bottom line, I'd use Barry again for short tasks or emergency work, but I just can't afford the pricing on the big jobs with my pricing sensitivity which is a shame as I enjoyed working with him.

Barry is very personable, a first-class plumber, and wealth of knowledge. He listened to my various issues and came up with solutions that met my objectives. I will definitely be using Barry again to expand a half-bath to a full bath. I strongly recommend choosing Barry to get your project done right the first time.

Barry was great to work with from start to finish. I had a water main valve replaced as well as an old garden spigot replaced with a frost-free spigot. Quick, knowledgeable and willing to explain things to a newer home owner such as myself. Will definitely call Barry again with any future plumbing needs.

Barry was completely on top of y faucet leak. I had 2 other plumbers who couldn't figure it out and he got it done in the first shot!! He is super responsive which for a Miami plumber is outstanding!!!

I used him to assist with a toilet that was leaking from its base. He found that the wax seal was broken by roots growing under the floor. He cleaned the roots out, replaced the seal as we needed the toilet functioning asap. We have plans to have him back in a few months to correct the issue so the roots are no longer a problem. He also assisted my general contractor on some plumbing designs our city was requiring for permitting.

South Florida is riddled with unlicensed, unknowledgeable scammers who pose as plumbers and prey on homeowners with plumbing issues. Pipelife Plumbing is the opposite!

Barry was recommended to me by a friend to install frost free hose bibs since I was having leaking at my regular hose bibs (not meant for Colorado living where you need to winterize). When I spoke with Pipelife to schedule they were available within two days of the phone call. He arrived within the time slot given to me, and I got a text when he was on his way. He went into my crawl space to look at everything he'd need to do, and was very open with explaining everything he needed to do too. He showed me the frost free hose bibs he'd install and sent me a quote through a link via text to look over and let me think prior to accepting. His pricing was about as expected for parts and labor. He also made a recommendation to replace the main water shut off valve since it was original with the house from 1951 and was able to do that day of as well. I was able to use credit card to pay using a tap attachment to his iPad, so paying was very easy. He was extremely professional, and I will 100% be using Pipelife in the future for all my homes plumbing needs.

Quality and service were excellent. They were good advisors and kept me informed about each step in the repair process, including photos. And they answered many questions in a timely manner. I can easily recommend them.
