Adrian, Steven, and Jorge were very profesional. Excellent service all around. They came to our aid when no other company would, (called 5 different companies before and none would answer on a Sunday which is when my house was flooded with water from a blocked pipe.) They explained the problem by not just telling us but showing us with a camera (which as a customer makes you feel reassured your not being conned). Would recommend to anyone.

Incorrectly diagnosed the fault and told me I needed an electrician. I then hired an electrician which cost me an additional $165 and they told me it was not the electrics but the water heater was broken. I called back this place to tell them I was incorrectly advised. They said an engineer would visit last Friday and he called 2 hours late so I had to cancel the appointment as I was going out. They the. sent two more engineers out yesterday and today. They arrived today 2 hours late again and only informed me when I text asking were they are. They spent about an hour at my house each time. I was on a work call when they left but they said they would text or email me the issue. The problem has not been fixed, I am $125 down and I have not received a description of what was done and how the problem can be fixed. I have just been sent a request for a Google Review so here it is.

UPDATE: After watching You Tube videos and speaking with the manufacturer I figured out that it was a faulty element in the water heater so, rather than buying a whole new unit for $500-$1,000 like I was advised by this company, I bought a new element for $40 and installed it myself - I now have hot water. I wish I had done this in the first place. I HAVE UPGRADED THE REVIEW TO 3* BECAUSE AFTER I TOLD THE COMPANY THIS THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND RESPONDING IN A REASONABLE MANNER.

I had a great experience with this company. I needed some work done on a new house renovation and had a couple issues I called them right up. I was attended immediately and set up an appointment. Everything was smooth and cooperative. They finished the job perfectly.

The plumber fixed my clogged sink but left a bit of a mess afterward. While the service was fast, I expected a cleaner result. It worked, but attention to detail was lacking for the price.

They are always available and awesome! I have over 20 properties and I call them first EVERY time! Adrian the owner is great! The girls in the office ALWAYS pick up the phone and are patient ave understanding. They know that the customer is stressed out and are very understanding. Great SERVICE AND great PRICES! Call them. They got you! They have always had me in a stitch!

I have used Miami Emergency Plumbing before and the service was great. This time they came to replace my garbage disposal. The 2 repair men arrived on time were extremely pleasant and most import replaced my old disposal with the new in less than 10 minutes. Amazing!

We had been having issues with our tankless water heater for MONTHS! I contacted Rinnai and they put me in touch with Gus at People's Plumbing since he is a trained Rinnai plumber. He responded immediately and came over quickly and was able to solve the issue very expeditiously. He was also very professional, polite and informative. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Barry was excellent, he did the repair with detail and was very clear at explaining the problem which he took his time to find. Compared to other plumbers, he took his time, no rush.

I wanted to upgrade my range to a gas range because I despise electric stoves. Barry was professional, upfront about cost, and punctual. He was able to run a new gas line for me and I loved how thoughtful he was by wearing booties over his boots to avoid tracking in any outside dirt.

Barry was great! He got to me on a non urgent matter quickly and explained the situation in detail. I recognized his competitive pricing right away and hired him on the spot! Highly recommend!
