I went through 3 plumber before 2 bros plumbing came. They were able to start the job immediately. They send you a message the night before to let you know at what time they are arriving. They were extremely punctual and professional. Def Recommend.

They found the leak immediately with their equipment and were able to fix 6ft of pipe rather quickly. It’s been about 2 weeks and everything seems to be working perfectly. Awesome company

Awesome company. They truly strive for 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I’ve used them in too many properties to list. They have done multiple showers for me, multiple bathroom sinks and faucets, multiple kitchen sinks and faucets, multiple instant water heaters as well as repair a few tank water heaters, a few re pipes for sanitary and water lines, sewer jetting, leak detection, and sewer line repair. They are highly knowledgeable and are one of the rare breed in town. In a time with so many phonies out there, 2 Bro’s Plumbing the real deal. USE THEM!

Unrealistic overall service! Our situation wasn't an emergency but needed attention (clogged septic line). I called at 7:53am and the techs were here at 8:29am. They performed multiple troubleshooting efforts as to not depend on the last resort which was removing the toilet to clear the clog. They let me know before they attempted each method. Running their line through the roof (stack) to resolve the issue worked. That was at 9:05am. Toilet flushing properly, bathtub/sink draining normally and no mess left behind. Hope to not have another issue but if we do, this is who we're calling.

From the initial phone call Enzo was trying to answer my questions and diagnose the issue before showing up. Throughout the visit he was cordial, friendly and very knowledgeable about the entire process. He answered all of my questions well and provided advice on how to solve my particular problem. l'll definitely reach out in the future for additional plumbing needs.

Huge thanks to Giovanni... not only did he find and repair a drain problem, he made my family and I feel safe and explained in detail every step he took to correct our issue. Our bathroom pipes got completely stopped up on a Friday night, so we called Miami Emergency Plumbing to arrange an early appointment the next morning. Their technician was punctual and efficient. He solved the problem quickly and explained what causes us the trouble. He and the company were responsive, professional, and easy to work with.

Fedny was very professional. They came out within 24 hours and had my drain unclogged. The office kept me informed throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier. I totally recommend them!

THIEF, LIARS.
I hired this company 1 month ago for a shower repair.
First I GAVE THEM 500$ to get the permit.
They CONFIRMED 2 times they have the permit.
They CONFIRMED they had it 1 time by phone and 2 time by text.
I GAVE THEM 1900$ for deposit.

I get a call from them 5 days later that they do not have the permit.?

I could not understand how they said they had it and then not;
kindly asked them to fix it so we can start the next Monday.

The owner Adrien assure me that he would fix it the day of.

5 days later I call Adrien who is saying he’s submitted whatever the city is asking.

I called the city to try to make it go faster and Adrien and his team did not submit anything of what was missing.

I have deadlines and can’t rent my property.

Then I forward to Adrien;
he raise his voice saying he did submit plans.

HE is Clearly not being truthful.
I verify with city again. Nothing.
Then he tells me he is SICK and can’t do the job.
EVERYONE STOP answering MY calls;
Vanessa, him and office.

Meanwhile they ALL ANSWER my friends ready to work and talk…

I had to have another friend call them and beg them to answer me or give me back my 2400$
They ignore me
I called with no caller ID asking them to give me back my kEYS & my money.

Adrien then block me.
I still don’t understand what is wrong with those people and how unprofessional they are.

After having my people calling them they gave me PART of the money BACK saying I cancel the job!
He LIED about permits
He WAS Sick but answered everyone else!
He lied about everything concerning the permits?
I am not responsible for there behavior.
I am very understanding person and I would of went with whatever time they tell me but they kept lying to me.
Now they STOLE MONEY FROM ME.
Be careful out there! People are corrupt.

The service was amazing, they called us immediately after we input our information into Angies list. Giovanni came the same day and looked at the water heater. He had to order a part for the water heater, once it came in he was at our house first thing in the morning and fixed the issue. Great service, great work. Thank you Giovanni!

Steven is great. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain the service that he did and answer my questions as well as give advice on how to avoid long term issues with our drain. I will definitely use this company for future needs.

This is the worst contractor I have ever encountered. From the beginning, they knew I needed a gas stack replaced for my water heater and needed to pass all the appropriate county inspections. They quoted me one price and then had me over the barrel for an additional charge to pass inspection. They had to come out 9 times to complete the work that should have been done in 1 visit. We had to have the county inspector come out 3 different times. This company should lose its contractor's license. They clearly don't know what is required to meet the county code requirements.

To add insult to injury, the owner spoke to me in a chauvinistic manner. Very unprofessional. One of their technicians also damaged my kitchen cabinets with his tool box and did not clean up after himself. Stay away from this company.

They are also doing work as Miami Emergency Plumbing.

In response to Vanessa reply. Nothing I state was not factual. I did advise the intake person of my needs from day one. I have been very nice to all the technicians. The owner were in the wrong with this entire job.

Responsive, affordable, on-time. I live in a condo which required proof of insurance, they were able to provide it no problem. Jose was excellent, quick efficient service, and very friendly. Will definitely be using their services for any future plumbing needs!

With a house that is 2 stories high and that is more than 60 years old, there is always something. It's wonderful knowing that when it comes to repair, replacement or remodeling we don't need to look any further. We can never thank them enough. A+ across the board.
