Plumber Sergio did an excellent work today to replace the drain tube under the bath. The opening in the wall is relatively small and all work has been done in a few hours.

This Tech 6347 was great he fixed our flange in our bathroom we’re very happy with his work since other techs couldn’t fix the problem and he did thank you no wonder he works for Roto-Rooter he’s a keeper

Terrible coordination. Offered immediate service within 2 hours and 4 hrs later I’m still waiting. Cancelled all my plans and still don’t have a reliable time of arrival.
If they arrive and provide a great service I’ll update my review. For now, I would not recommend, unless you have all day to wait for them.

Had the pleasure of having Dariel come by and finally solve a problematic leak we were experiencing in one of our showers. He was professional and knowledgeable, even gave me some tips if my water heater goes bad.

Roto Rooter was hired to install my new water heater. The water heater had issues (possibly a transportation issue when delivered by Home Depot) when it was installed. The plumber (Luis) was very nice and helpful. He confirmed my old water heater was in better condition and reinstalled my old heater.

Today Robert (tech 493) from Roto Rooter came. He was professional, on time, and quickly fixed the issue without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was neat, the price, and he explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs!

Roberto cleared the problem quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. He was respectful, efficient, and left the area clean. While the company as a whole was great to work with, I especially appreciate Roberto’s excellent service.

Leandro conducted a thorough investigation of the issue and provided options with explanation of the risk/price point. His communication was very helpful. Added bonus, he cleaned up his workspace.
