A bit rocky at first. The manager is very nice and accommodating. The first plumber was extremely rude and never even started the job. The second they sent out was great! Good communicator, punctual, professional work. Ask if Diaz Toledo is available.

This was the first time I've used Falcon Plumbing but it won't be my last. They were at my house within an hour from when I called. The plumber, Justin, was very professional and solved my problem in no time. I will be definitely be used Falcon Plumbing for all my plumbing needs...

I have called upon Falcon Plumbng usually under distress. They have always been extremely quick to respond and repair the issue. Starting with Wendy on the phone to the rapid response by the technician, I have been pleased and have used them multiple times for myself ad my family members.

I called Falcon for a minor repair to the refrigerator water line and they came within 1 hour. Outstanding service and very professional tech! Will definitely use them again for future needs. Thanks Ralph!

It’s really my fault. I had a previous bad experience but couldn’t get hold of my regular guy. A simple changing of a valve turned into a $450 quote to change the guts of a toilet. Then suddenly there was a part that had to be installed on a previously working sink. Then “oh you need to snake the drain in the sink” that’s another $190. Then oh. I broke the pedestal top to the sink. Never mind. No charge. I won’t do anything bye.

falcon plumbing sent gio right away to fix our kitchen sink problem and he fixed some other plumbing issues while he was there. They did an excellent job - very efficient. They even cleaned up and took the mess with him. my husband and I highly recommend them.

They don't even deserve to be awarded one star. I am taking the time to write this review so it may help others in not falling for their dishonest way to make business. My request was to have a gas water heater fixed. The problem was that gas was not reaching the pilot to produce the flame, due to a clogged gas tubing. They sent a so called technician who did not even care to. check what and where he was supposed to. He came up with the theory that the igniter was malfunctioning, something that was not true since the igniter was producing the required spark consistently. Then what followed his wrong and outrageous diagnostic was a far more outrageous cost for a part replacement. Since we decided not to use their services based on the fact that he did not know was he was talking about, we were charged $75 for his visit.
I have come up to the conclusion that their business practice is based on the lack of knowledge of the consumer about the appliance they need to be fixed and not on the expertise or willingness of their personnel.
I strongly recommend not to use their services.

The plumber was respectful and pleasant during our greeting. I needed the main water shut off valve replaced in an area that was partial damp most of the time. This caused the valve to rust and eventually disintegrate. The plumber and I discussed designs to prevent and solve this problem from recurring.
A professional decision was made to avoid a similar outcome. Excellent job Falcon! Thank you for continuous service in the community.

I had been to a well known parts store twice trying to repair a running water issue in my toilet. It turned out to be the shut off valve. Shearched the web, found Falcon Plumbing, owned and operated by a woman. Ms. Wendy answered right away, had a very nice talk, squeezed me in the next day. Tech was on time fixed the issue and I could breathe again and focus on Thanksgiving day! Thank You Ms. Wendy and your Techs that get it done.

We had a major leak from the outside of my Mom's home and Falcon came out immediately. They accessed the problem, gave us a very fair price and scheduled the full day appointment as soon as we were ready. Justin was assigned to us and he was professional, responsible, diligent and clean. By the end of the day, everything was done on this major job, cleaned up and put back.

I called on Monday for an appointment on Friday morning to fix the leaky pipe for the outgoing washing machine water. Well they screwed me over and are a no show, I should have been first on the list. Now I have a weeks worth of laundry that I still can not due. No such thing as customer service any more.

I had a major toilet back up in my restaurant. I called Falcon Plumbing and actually got to speak to the owner. She got a tech on the other line and even though she was booked, she was able to fit us in. The tech was professional, explained the problem, gave me a quote and fixed the issue. He even cleaned the area afterwards and I would recommend her to anyone. I was so impressed that I had her install a shower at my home and again, professional, courteous and gave me excellent recommendations. I went to a tankless heater and she gave me the best price on the market. Now, I can run 4 showers at once and not run out of hot water. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She does what she says she will do and her techs do excellent work. Not a lot of plumbers out there trying to save you money. That's why they have been in business for so long. They treat you like family. Anyone that gives you a quote over the phone is lying. They come out and see what the problem is first. Then they give you options and a realistic timeline. Great company, highly recommended.

We had a plumbing issue, a leaking 3/4 gate valve on the main pipe water supply, we called Falcon Plumbing to resolve the issue. Justin the plumber came, quote us to fix the valve, $625, we told him to proceed, it was late at night no time to argue, water was leaking. Also we ask him about the water heater (W/H), Justin advised us to replace W/H and said he can do both for $1200.00, fixing the valve and changing W/H both for $1200. We insisted, both for $1200, he said yes. The next day, we asked him again, the $1200, are you sure is for both jobs, he said again, "Yes".
We told him to proceed, he said he will come on Friday.
It was Tuesday night, On Wednesday the office sent us a bill for $649.00 not $625 for the valve replacement, that we paid immediatelly and Justin came on Friday and replaced the W/H. To our surprise, the office sent us a bill for $1188.43, on Friday afternoon, when we called we found out this is the price to replace the W/H. We spoke to Rosie and to Wendy and explained what Justin has told us he will be $550 for the W/H, they said no, this is the price $1188.43.
We definitely think that Falcon Plumbing needs to put their business and their quotation in order, if Justin is not placed to give quote as your plumber he better stop quoting people wrongly and if he did, which in our case he did, Falcon Plumbing needs to accept his quotation. A $550.00 can't suddenly become $1188.43, how much do you charge per hour $400.00, that wasn't an emergency, it was a planned job. This is definitely not right, people need to hear what you are doing to your customers. Rosi Echeverry and Wendy need to honor Justin price and send us a new bill for $550.00.

I am blown away by Wendy at Falcon Plumbing. I contacted her and went over the problem my mother was having with her water heater . She
had Justin come out with in 40 minutes of my call . Justin fixed the problem right on he also showed my sister how to trouble shoot the problem in the event it happens again. I have had other plumber" s that
and they did not know what they were doing. I am so glad I found Falcon
and Wendy.

The supply line on my toilet broke last night and the valve did not care to turn off the water. The bathroom was flooding. I called many places that were 24 hour plumbers and was told they couldn't show until the next day. Called Falcon Plumbing and they said they'd be here in an hour. They got here in 30. Fixed a bunch of problems with this stupid custom toilet the previous homeowner put in this bathroom. Guy was super nice and quick. 100% would recommend again a thousand times.

Our home is on well water, so when the water pump acts up, we have no water. This been happening to us off and on over the past month. We called our regular plumber who genuinely tried to solve the problem (twice), but the pump problem persisted. Falcon was recommended to us by a friend. We called them at 9am and by noon Justin and Ralf were at our home to check out the situation. They were knowledgeable and professional and solved problem by 1:30. We might add that Wendy who took our initial call was most helpful and reassuring that help was on the way. She was correct.

Wendy was calming as my husband and I panicked over a broken water pipe in our home.She told us what to do until the plumber could get took place on a Sunday night at 8:30. When the plumber arrived he did his job explaining everything. He had no attitude about it being later in the evening. I would recommend Falcon Plumbing to anyone.
