I called and the owner sent a technician on short notice for an emergency to our only house bathroom. Andres was amazing and spent time repairing someone else's damage and left everything new and working. Definitely recommend Trust Plumbing

Andres with Trust Plumbing Corp was the best thing that happened to me in the past 24 hours, in the most professional of ways. He had to make two trips to my apartment over an 18 hour timeframe, including a late evening 3 hour job. Positive, friendly and above all great at what he does. He was a life saver in what was otherwise a plumbing nightmare that kept snowballing.

I had a pleasant and great experience with this company ! Andres was assigned to my unit and he is knowledgeable and explain in detail.
Besides they sent someone right away when i experience the emergency. The owner took the tine to explain the job and the cost .

While they got the work done, my experience was quite negative: Pricing was way above reasonable. Initial information they provided was incomplete, therefore misleading. Every person I spoke to gave a different and excessive price. They take your credit card information over the phone, charge an upfront $150 and store the credit card information. I will not use them again and I informed our building management to ensure that they are not on the preferred supplier list.

Elvis the plumber is excellent and very knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.
