Andres was absolutely amazing! We have needed our problem fixed for a week and have had multiple plumbers come in from a different company. He solved our issue literally in one visit that was no longer than 20 minutes! Definitely would hire again:)

Andres did an outstanding job replacing our water heater. He was extremely professional, punctual, and clearly very dedicated to his work. He put in a tremendous amount of effort, paid close attention to every detail, and ensured everything was done correctly from start to finish.

What truly stood out was how clean and organized he left the area once the job was completed, spotless. His workmanship and results were excellent, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

My apartment complex had a break in the sewage line, and we all got lucky that Johns Plumbing was called out. It was at 11pm and their Account Manager Corey McClary came out himself to help multiple families not have raw sewage running into their units. Corey came out to diagnose the situation, and was able to provide an answer; but more importantly the solution. Unfortunately the management company went a different direction for the repair; which failed miserably. So when the sewage flooding happened again, Corey, Stephanie, and Alex (their amazing staff)answered on their personal time to my text to make sure my son wouldn't be sleeping in a room with sewage. Corey's expertise and prompt work were nothing but amazing, if you're ever in need of a plumbing company that cares and does the work the right way you go to Johns Plumbing.

Called John’s Plumbing because my sink was clogged. Spoke to Deondra and she sent out a good plumber who was able to unclog my sink. The customer service I received when I called in was great. Will definitely use you all again.

I’ve used them for multiple plumbing issues and they’ve always been helpful, honest, and communicative. John Payton did my inspection and took the time to answer all my questions and give me all the available options so I could make a decision, and they fixed everything the same day. They are my go to plumbers!

Plumber Travis did an excellent job fixing my 2 sinks and leaky shower head and I couldn’t be any happier. He did an awesome job and I’ll make sure to refer him to all my family and friends who are ever in need of plumbing.

Completely tried to take advantage of me. First they come out and tell me I need two p traps and that they would cost 300 each and it would be another 500.00 to look at my pipes with the camera. We were having flies in the house and were trying to find the problem. Then the owner John calls me and tells me its 600.00 for each p trap and I need three p traps not two. I said wait a minute I just received a quote for half that price and it was for two p traps. Then he started double talking me. What a scammer. He was trying to charge me double and trying to charge me for a p trap I didnt need. His office gave me a quote of 600.00 ( which he didn’t know about) and he was trying to charge me 1800.00. And on top of that the 500.00 to check my pipes was a waste. I had to call another plumber to find the problem with my pipes. It was the most obvious problem. It was a crack at the top of one of my pipes in the main vent stack. I am disgusted with this company’s owner.

Johns plumbing matched Home Depot with a better water heater, was out replacing the heater within 2 hours of the call. They did excellent work. Khari was excellent.
