Trust Plumbing is a lovely company to deal with. Yoandri is such a gentleman. He is easy to talk to, patient and understanding. I live in a large high rise condo in Aventura FL. Our building is very particular about noise or damage. I had to swap out 2 defective faucets, and 1 defective toilet. I purchased the faucets myself at Home Depot. Yoandri was helpful with that as well, I sent him photos during my time at Home Depot to make sure I bought the correct size. He was super patient. Yoandri then ordered me a beautiful Kohler Black Santa Rosa toilet. Also quite reasonably priced. Andre [the Tech] came exactly at 9am Monday Dec 9/2024
to begin the removal, and install. He was very quiet, clean, and a pleasure to deal with. Andre made sure everything was clean, and all garbage was thrown out. Payment was super easy, Andre showed me the invoice on their iPad, and brought a device to swipe my Visa card . I am very happy with my choice of Trust Plumbing, and highly recommend them.
